Como cada semana de este increible festival del cual quiero participar les traigo una canción que en lo personal es de mis favoritas titulada Para enamorarte del grupo juvenil CNCO a pesar de que se separaraon este tema fue muy popular en su momento y diría que fue uno de los que les dio popularidad a la banda.

As every week of this incredible festival of which I want to participate, I bring you a song that is personally one of my favorites titled To fall in love with the youth group CNCO despite the fact that they broke up this song was very popular at the time and I would say that it was one of those that gave popularity to the band.

Por lo que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina corta pero efectiva de cardio para no perder la condición física, además de que nos ayudará a bajar un poco de grasa si es lo que buscamos siempre con una alimentación adecuada claro está.

A pesar de que en el video estan las instrucciones quisiera decir que esta rutina la deberemos hacer entre 3 a 5 veces para conseguir un mejor trabajo ,cada tipo de salto lo realizaremos durante 1 minuto y entre cada minuto de 10 a 15 segundos de descanso aunque si necesitas un par de segundos extras no pasa nada.
Lo genial que tiene es que solo necesitaremos una cuerda para realizarla y si no tienes con un cordon largo también puede ser ,aunque va a costar un poco mas de trabajo .

Espero que les ayude la rutina si quieren hacer actividad física y no saben ocmo empezar , un fuerte abarazo y gracias por pasarse por aqui.

Hello friends of hive, and of this community, today I want to share a video I recorded some time ago. It is a cover of Melendi's song "Un violinista en tu tejado". This song was one of the first songs I learned on the guitar as an accompaniment to sing and the truth is that I have never sung it publicly because I always feel embarrassed because I don't know if I'm doing it right or wrong but well, you can always improve and you have to start from the bottom so I hope you like the cover done a little bit my way.
