Afritunes Week 182. I remain the only cuteboi on hive Blockchain😂😂. I want to specially welcome you my blog. You are free to laugh or smile just because I said I am the most cutest boi in hive. Good day everyone, welcome to my blog. I am @cuteboi, and I am here together with my uncle @oluthomas, who will be playing the guitar for me and also putting me through Web3, particularly Hive. I never believed I could stand in front of a camera, but now it’s a testimony. I want to say a big thank you to the Hive Music Festival community coordinators. It’s a privilege to share from the little I know how to do.

For this Week 147, Round 3, I will be singing a cover of a song titled "Until I See Your Face." This is one of my favourite and best worship songs. It’s a song of sincere hunger for more of God and a deep desire to see His face and overflow with His glory.

Many people today crave the things of the world. Some want to see the face of a celebrity; they just want the opportunity to take a picture with them. Some even adore men like they are God. But as a true child of God, let all men be liars and God be true. One thing many lack understanding of is that you can’t serve two masters at the same time.

The moment you begin to crave the things of God more than the things of this world 🌎, God will draw closer to you. The more you draw close to Him, the more He will reveal to you great and mighty things that you know not. He said, "Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man, what God has prepared for those who love Him and worship Him in truth and in spirit." It's plainly written in the bible

Sometimes when I look at my life, it’s a testament of God’s goodness and glory. I now know that we cannot do anything without Him. We cannot survive without Him He is our life and our everything.

In this week's entry, I perform a cover of *Break Every Chain* by Tasha Cobbs, a gospel artist I admire and really enjoy listening to. I like this song very much it's a song of war, reminding us that any battle we surrender to Jesus is already won. He has the power and authority to break every chain, and those chains represent different things in our lives today.

When we talk about "chains" in the context of this song, it’s not the physical chains we see, but spiritual and emotional chains, chains of limitation. That chain could be sickness, depression, barrenness, financial lack, and many more. These are some of the chains that the name of Jesus can break.

There is power in the name of Jesus. So whatever we want to do, if we go in the name of Jesus, there’s no doubt, we will come out victorious and triumphant. Some people may say they’ve been calling the name of Jesus, yet they’re not seeing results. But the truth is, we need to understand who we are calling. It’s not just about calling the name physically; you must have spiritual understanding. The Bible says, “Those who worship God must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

To truly reach God and get the desired results, we must understand the name of Jesus in the realm of the spirit.

God loves us so much that's why He gave us Jesus, and He gave Him a name that is above every other name. At the mention of the name *Jesus*, every knee must bow, and every tongue must confess that He is King, Lord, and Saviour of the whole world. Come to Him today, and He will direct and lead us on the path of eternal life.

For Week 173 of the Afritunes Weekly Contest, I bring you a beautiful song titled "Mai Girma" by Minister Solomon Lange. Mai Girma means “Great One” in the Hausa language, and it speaks of the greatness and sovereignty of our God.

Our God is truly a great God who works according to His will and purpose. Just imagine how He created the entire universe and everything in it in only six days. He simply spoke them into existence! His power and authority are in His Word. He doesn’t need human help to manifest His glory; He is self-sufficient and almighty all by himself.

In this week's entry with an amazing and beautiful theme (The Last Time) this is a very interesting theme and this theme is referring to us going back to our past and thinking of what we did last that is either for our good or something that leads to destruction. I will be singing a song titled (Saviour) sung by Douglas Afy.

The reason why I sing this song is related to this week's theme that says (The Last Time) which is an occurrence that took place in the past and this song also speaks of what happened in the past. That was why in the lyrics of the song, it says the one you saved, the one you healed, the one show mercy. So all this God did it to us before and that can be referred to as the last time I felt sick it was God that came through for me if not I will not be alive. But God came through for me and upto today I can say God is faithful and since that last time upto today no record of sickness again.

In week 138, round 2, I will be singing a rendition of the {Favor} song sung by Min. Lawrence Oyor, a gospel minister of God from Nigeria. Pastor Lawrence Oyor has a twin brother, and they both sing powerfully and wonderfully, and they have their own unique way of singing. They don’t follow the multitude, but they lead according to the leading of the spirit of God upon them. I really like this very song because it speaks highly of what God is doing in my life and our lives as believers or children of God.

Minister Lawrence Oyor said something while he was ministering the song. He said this song is going all over the world; that alone is a prophecy, and since he is singing about the favor of God, then it needs to go far. Like play, the song went all over the world; the favor and mercy of God were upon the song, and immediately the angels began to work on how the song could go out of the borders of Nigeria. What a powerful way to live here on earth.

When God showed you favor, no man on earth could disfavor you, because the heavens and earth are his, and when Jesus came to this world, he first obtained favor in the sight of God before men. So God first, then humans follow. A man that is favored by God needs not to announce himself, and you will do things effortlessly, and the glory of God will continue to rest upon everything you do, and God will give His angels charge over you.

In this Week 169, I will be covering a song by Neeja titled "Alone." While I came back home from school and my uncle asked me if I had any song in mind to present for Afritunes week 169, I told him I didn't really have any, but this very song was the song I was trying to sing, and he told me to just sing the song. That was what brought about me singing this very song, and I do love the song. There’s something I am presently going through. My school was paid, but it was short some amount of money, and I don’t know what to do, and my mom doesn’t even know what to do because it seems like everywhere is closed. Though my uncle that is managing my Hive account contributed massively in support of my fees, all effort seems aborted. But trust me, God always comes through for His own, as the song says, I no dey alone, which means we are not alone. Indeed, I have seen the hand of God in my life and the life of my family. Sometimes things do not go the way we planned, but we are not alone. God is always on our side, and we will keep winning because Jesus is victorious. I was able to pay the fees, and everything is settled, though there are other things we are trusting God to help us with, like our house rent, for which our landlady gave us quick notice, but we don’t know where to relocate to because we don’t have the money yet. But presently the situation is calm, and we are trusting God to provide money so we can rent a new apartment.
