Ambos equipos buscan la clasificación. Italia, con empate y victoria, la asegura, mientras que Croacia solo con una victoria podrá clasificarse.

Ser un mejor tercero es una opción que Italia contemplaría al ser derrotado; claro está, si Albania no vence a España, de lo contrario sería eliminado. Y si esto sucede, nuevamente sería un fracaso para el seleccionado italiano, que a nivel de selecciones viene de algunos tras pies bastantes conocidos.

Este año fue mejor que el anterior para el fútbol italiano en torneos europeos. La temporada pasada llegaron a 3 finales y las perdieron todas, pisaron fuerte, pero se quedaron en la última recta, sin embargo, este año las cosas cambiaron, no llegaron a 3, sino a 2 finales y ganaron una de ellas, lo cual presenta una mejoría en comparación.

Volver a ganar un título europeo, como lo hizo el Atalanta ante el Bayer Leverkusen, fue una gran alegría para el fútbol italiano, y el día de ayer se tenían grandes expectativas para obtener los dos títulos. Lamentablemente, no fue así, y la Fiorentina volvió a perder la final del mismo torneo por segunda vez consecutiva.

Aun así, hay que destacar cómo el fútbol en Italia cobra fuerza una vez más, quizás no como el de antaño, pero sí, está teniendo buena presencia en Europa, y sus clubes vuelven a tener renombre entre los más grandes.

Prácticamente, se ha cerrado el ciclo en Italia por esta temporada, ahora quedará esperar cómo se refuerzan para el año que nos espera. Después de la Eurocopa, claro está.

One of two titles for Italian soccer at continental level

This year was better than the previous one for Italian soccer in European tournaments. Last season they reached 3 finals and lost all of them, they stepped up, but were left in the last straight, however, this year things changed, they did not reach 3, but 2 finals and won one of them, which presents an improvement in comparison.

Se dice que después de tormenta viene la calma, y esto es lo que se vislumbra en la Juventus, quien después de varios años vuelve a levantar un título en Italia. Si bien no fue el Scudetto lograron quedar campeones de Copa, una alegría que no se percibía desde la temporada 20-21.

Sumado a eso, Allegri fue destituido – al fin – luego de la celebración del club, porque tuvo una actitud bastante irreverente que según la directiva no corresponde a los valores de la institución.

Es normal que las emociones puedan subirse de tono en un partido de futbol, pero el nivel de Allegri en esto es bochornoso, no tiene la clase de Antonio Conte para hacerlo, sino que sus acciones rozan con la vulgaridad, y eso le ha costado su puesto, aunque, ya estaba definido que a final de temporada dejara la Juventus. Pero dejar el club de esta manera es toda una vergüenza, salió por la puerta de atrás.

El futbol italiano tendrá 5 plazas disponibles para la Champions 2024-25, con el nuevo formato no podemos decir aun si esto supone un beneficio para ese quinto equipo, lo cierto es que por ahora le ha sido favorable con la inclusión de un club más para disputar el torneo continental.

Como muchos sabemos, en las diferentes ligas hay varias competiciones internas, no solo es ser campeón, ni ganar la copa, esta lucha por los primeros puestos europeos se ha vuelto algo muy atractivo de presenciar en las temporadas al pasar de los años, ya que más allá del prestigio el aporte económico que se percibe es considerable.

Sin embargo, este año en Italia el nivel ha bajado mucho, a nivel local me refiero, el Napoli ni siquiera pensó en defender el Scudetto obtenido la temporada pasada, el Milán abandono muy rápido la lucha y la Juve demostró no estar al nivel para competir por el campeonato, en ese sentido la definición del campeón se resolvió muy rápido, el Inter fue una aplanadora y consiguió sumar su segunda estrella en Italia.

Saludos runners.

El día de hoy acompañe a mi esposa en su entrenamiento, como me hizo falta en mi anterior sesión decidí salir hoy con ella, corrí prácticamente a su ritmo, siempre a su lado y sin aventajarla. Me sentí súper bien a pesar de haber entrenado tan seguido últimamente, eso es bueno.

Hoy quise hacer un pequeño video para mostrar algunas de las zonas que mi esposa y yo transitamos, no son todas pero si una parte significativa, además que fue hasta donde llegamos el día de hoy.

Corrí 10 kilómetros nuevamente, y esta semana pude alcanzar casi 20 kilómetros, siendo esta mi mayor distancia en entrenamientos semanales. Quizás descanse bastante para la próxima, aunque me siento bastante bien.

Algunas tomas del video están ligeramente movidas, pero es algo normal al ser un video en movimiento, sin embargo trate de mantener el mayor pulso posible. Espero les guste, es una ruta bastante transitada por vehículos, pero es bastante fresca porque está rodeada de árboles.

Al final llegamos a la pista de atletismo y mientras dábamos algunas vueltas allí pudimos disfrutar de la brisa fresca y del entorno deportivo, fue agradable.

Finalizamos con unos buenos remates, tanto mi esposa como yo, pero como era yo quien grababa solamente la podrán visualizarla a ella en sus últimos metros. Fue un buen remate y un entrenamiento bastante energético y saludable.

I show you some routes of my workouts with my wife

Greetings runners.

Today I accompanied my wife in her training, as I missed my previous session I decided to go out today with her, I ran practically at her pace, always next to her and without overtaking her. I felt great even though I have been training so often lately, that's a good thing.

Today I wanted to make a little video to show some of the areas that my wife and I went through, not all of them but a significant part, besides it was where we got to today.

I ran 10 kilometers again, and this week I could reach almost 20 kilometers, being this my longest distance in weekly trainings. I might rest a lot for the next one, although I feel pretty good.

Some shots in the video are slightly shaky, but that's normal for a moving video, but I tried to keep as much of a pulse as possible. I hope you like it, it's a very busy road for vehicles, but it's quite cool because it's surrounded by trees.

At the end we arrived at the athletics track and while we did some laps there we could enjoy the cool breeze and the sporty environment, it was nice.

We finished with some good finishes, both my wife and I, but as I was the one recording, you can only see her in her last meters. It was a good finish and a very energetic and healthy workout.

Mi sesión de hoy estuvo un poco estropeada por dos cosas, una porque estoy un poco engripado y la segunda porque no amarre mis trenzas de los zapatos y sufrí una caída donde me lastime un poco, sin embargo decidí levantarme y seguir trotando hasta terminar el entrenamiento.

Esta semana me toco correr solo porque mi esposa está ocupada con mi niño también engripado y tanto Zully como Cesar no han seguido corriendo, ya llevan dos semanas sin hacerlo y puede que se alargue esa holgura.

Aun así seguiré entrenando cada semana para mantener mi salud y seguir disfrutando de los beneficios que aporta el correr.

Hoy a pesar de estar engripado pude tener buenos tiempos, no pensaba correr más de 3 kilómetros por lo mismo pero pude correr 4 km tranquilamente, eso me agrado porque me siento con bastante energía y no estoy al 100 %, espero sanarme completamente esta semana para darle con más fuerzas la próxima.

Los tiempos que pude manejar fueron buenos, ningunos de mis tiempos pasaron los 6 minutos, todos estuvieron dentro de los 5 y pienso que pudieron estar mejor, de hecho el mejor fue de 5:21 minutos por kilómetro y fue el último que corrí, un buen remate.

En este post decidí colocar un video donde muestro parte del recorrido que hago, para permitirles visualizar un poco la ruta que hago en mis entrenamientos. Espero les guste.

My solo HiveRun session

My session today was a little bit spoiled by two things, one because I have the flu and the second because I didn't tie my braids on my shoes and I suffered a fall where I hurt myself a little bit, however I decided to get up and continue jogging until the end of the training session.

This week I have had to run alone because my wife is busy with my child who also has the flu and both Zully and Cesar have not continued running, they have not been running for two weeks now and maybe that slack will get longer.

Even so I will continue to train every week to maintain my health and continue to enjoy the benefits of running.

Today in spite of being sick with flu I could have good times, I didn?t think to run more than 3 km for the same reason but I could run 4 km quietly, I liked it because I feel with enough energy and I?m not at 100%, I hope to heal completely this week to give more strength next week.

The times I could manage were good, none of my times went over 6 minutes, all of them were within 5 minutes and I think they could have been better, in fact the best was 5:21 minutes per kilometer and it was the last one I ran, a good finish.

Hoy tuve el privilegio de asistir a la Copa de Taekwondo que se celebra en la ciudad de Barquisimeto donde resido, mi hijo pequeño pertenece al equipo pero en esta oportunidad no pudo participar, sin embargo fue una gran bendición estar allí y presenciar la mayoría de los combates que se realizaron.

Desde los más pequeños hasta los más grandes tuvieron su participación, algunos de ellos ganaron mientras que otros solo obtuvieron la experiencia de combatir, lo cual también tiene su ganancia.

Aparte de eso se me presento la oportunidad de hacer una especie de cobertura del evento en la parte de Social Media, por lo que pude tomar una buena cantidad de fotos y videos, de los cuales estaré compartiendo en este post.

Today I had the privilege of attending the Taekwondo Cup held in the city of Barquisimeto where I reside, my youngest son belongs to the team but this time he could not participate, however it was a great blessing to be there and witness most of the bouts that took place.

From the youngest to the oldest had their participation, some of them won while others only got the experience of fighting, which also has its gain.

Apart from that I had the opportunity to do some kind of Social Media coverage of the event, so I was able to take a lot of pictures and videos, which I will be sharing in this post.

Los estiramientos o calentamientos son cruciales al momento de realizar nuestros ejercicios. Cuando trotamos usamos todo nuestro cuerpo, el running como la natación son entrenamientos súper completos, y por esa razón debemos estirar bien todo el cuerpo.

En nuestras sesiones de running acá en Barquisimeto solemos realizar un estiramiento continuo, sin pausas, la idea es ir preparando el cuerpo de una forma que cada musculo y articulación se active, eso reducirá el riesgo de lesiones y nos dará una mayor frescura y movilidad al momento de entrenar.

En el video he colocado una sesión de estiramientos que realizamos hace varias semanas previo al trote sabatino de #hiverun, allí participamos @zullyscott, @filoriologo y mi persona. Mi esposa @siriromo para ese entonces se encontraba enferma, por lo que no nos pudo acompañar, pero ella también suele estirar de esta forma, incluso tiene otros estiramientos bastante intensos y efectivos.

Luego de que estiramos nuestro cuerpo se siente fresco y listo para trotar, en esa jornada tanto Zully como Cesar tuvieron un mejor desempeño, y se sintieron súper bien al finalizar el trote.

Espero puedas incorporar estos estiramientos a tus rutinas, estoy convencido que te ayudaran enormemente en el ejercicio posterior. Stretching or warm-ups are crucial when performing our exercises. When we jog we use our whole body, running as swimming are super complete workouts, and for that reason we must stretch the whole body well.

In our running sessions here in Barquisimeto we usually perform a continuous stretching, without pauses, the idea is to prepare the body in a way that every muscle and joint is activated, this will reduce the risk of injury and will give us greater freshness and mobility when training.

In the video I have placed a stretching session that we did several weeks ago before the Saturday jog of #hiverun, there we participated @zullyscott, @filoriologo and myself. My wife @siriromo was sick at the time, so she couldn't join us, but she also usually stretches this way, she even has other quite intense and effective stretches.

After we stretch our body feels fresh and ready to jog, in that day both Zully and Cesar had a better performance, and felt great at the end of the jog.

I hope you can incorporate these stretches to your routines, I am convinced that they will help you enormously in the subsequent exercise. Touring places by bicycle is something I really like to do, today because of the contest present in the community I decided to make a route in the morning hours to show part of the route to all of you. Honestly I did not know this community, but thanks to this contest sponsored by the OCD team that gives visibility I could notice it, so I will take this opportunity to be part of you, it will be like my presentation post.

Initially I went out to a monument of my city called the Obelisk, I did it taking a longer and less direct way from where I live to appreciate other important places, I like to leave in the morning hours although today I did it a little late and the early traffic is heavy because many people are going to their jobs and to do their particular errands, so I had to be a little more careful when moving forward.

The sun was not so hot and I appreciate that, in the tour I went through several important avenues, one of them the Rotaria Avenue that connects several parts of the city, then I turned to the Airport Avenue where a few kilometers ahead you can reach the airport headquarters of the city, near there I made a few stops to take some pictures.

After that I took Corpa Huaico Avenue, a well known avenue where there are two universities, one of them I graduated years ago and the other I visited repeatedly when I was studying, then I continued until I reached the semi professional soccer stadium located west of the city, there I was surprised to see active people training early in the morning. When this place was inaugurated it was not always open but fortunately I was able to find out that nowadays from 5:30 am it opens its doors to the public to train there.

It is a soccer field and around it has an athletics track, so there were many people there, some of them running and others walking, I took the opportunity to walk around the circuit and take some shots. I am already planning to go to train in that place because the track looks challenging and I can not wait to see how many laps I can do, yes, I must do it early because there is no shade and the sun hits mercilessly.

After a few minutes I decided to continue my way to the finish line, it was not so far so I took my bicycle and started from there, I crossed the professional baseball stadium of my city's team and continued along the busy road until I reached the Obelisk. This is a monument that has many years, it is there even before I was born and is very attractive for visitors and for those of us who like to exercise because it has its "attractions" so to speak.

When I arrived I took the opportunity to take some pictures and share them with you. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Riding a bicycle in traffic is a bit risky because there are cars that come very close to you, but that's understandable because there is no space for cyclists here in my city, in fact I don't think there is one in the whole country.

I registered my route in the Strava application, I use it a lot for running, there you can see various statistics such as time, speed, distance traveled and more, it is an interesting application that you can download to record your workouts.

Finally and to conclude, it has been a pleasant experience, I am not a professional cyclist but one who loves to ride on wheels as long as possible.

Entre sus estadísticas puedo ver que es una carta súper accesible de usar con tan solo 6 puntos de mana, inclusive en bronce puede tener bastante participación, lo cual me parece espectacular. Tiene +2 de velocidad pero puede potenciarse con la ayuda de invocadores o monstruos que suban los stats, pertenece al splinter de agua y tiene el preciado ataque mágico.

En agua sabemos lo imponente que puede ser la magia, con Arlic como invocador subiría a +3 cuando la regla gladius esté presente por dar un ejemplo, pero se puede aprovechar sobremanera juegue donde juegue. Por ultimo tiene + 6 puntos de vida, una cantidad un poco baja pero que es buena siempre y cuando no la usemos como tanque.

En definitiva Flagulon Reine es una carta que vale la pena tener en el arsenal, no sé qué otras legendarias hay porque no me han salido aunque en algunos brawls he tenido la oportunidad de enfrentarme a algunas, pero ahora que tengo la mía propia la voy a usar mucho, tal cual como hice con mi Quora la primera vez, así que veamos que más novedades nos da esta carta.

My first legendary Gladius

Since I've been playing in Clan I had never had a legendary, always my Gladius boxes filled my phone screen with epics, rare and common, but none legendary, however my "luck changed" in the last card that came out of the 4 containers I opened, at times I thought "more of the same" to see that nothing new came out, but suddenly without hope the last card began to shake - the movement of victory - and then emerged the powerful Flagulon Reine to join my troops.

Too bad it wasn't Gold foil but it's still a powerful card, like all Gladius it comes equipped with Bloodlust as one of its main abilities, besides that it also possesses the acclaimed explosion with which it causes adjacent damage to all its enemies.

Among its stats I can see that it is a super accessible card to use with only 6 points of mana, even in bronze can have enough participation, which I find spectacular. It has +2 speed but can be boosted with the help of summoners or monsters that raise the stats, belongs to the water splinter and has the precious magic attack.

In water we know how impressive magic can be, with Arlic as a summoner it would go up to +3 when the gladius rule is present to give an example, but you can take advantage of it no matter where you play. Finally it has +6 health, a little low but it is good as long as we don't use it as a tank.

Being a magic power card it can be used more widely, but in rulesets where all cards have the ability to snipe it will be very useful because of its explosion, I think it is a card that can activate its bloodlust quickly, I am convinced that in the same 1st round it can increase its power.

I had not been able to use it before but I already used it and I love it, my impressions are that I hit the jackpot with this card, the fact that it has explosion makes it much easier to activate its bloodlust and then from there the rest is history. In short Flagulon Reine is a card that is worth having in the arsenal, I do not know what other legendary there are because I have not gone out although in some brawls I have had the opportunity to face some, but now that I have my own I will use it a lot, as I did with my Quora the first time, so let's see what more news gives us this card.
