It is also a complete source of protein. There is approximately 10 grams of protein in every 1/2 cup serving of tofu. I cut the tofu into cubes and pat them dry using paper towel to prevent oil splashing. Make sure that the oil is hot before frying them unless they would stick in the pan. Do not overfry to prevent them from getting too hard and dry.

Saute the aromatics and the tofu. Add the rest of the ingredients until it turned to a fine sauce. Gently toss the pan until every tofu is coated. Lastly, mix the butter (without heat) and let it melt. Add the mayo and toss. Serve it while sizzling. Pair with some rice or beer! Enjoy!

I don't have a coffee machine so I just boil it well and filter it. Sometimes I drink it plain brewed coffee. But most of the time I mix it with creamer and sugar. Two teaspoons of sugar, and three teaspoons of creamer is good.

Others use some sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or artificial sweeteners like splenda.
