Hola amigos de Hive, mi nombre es chalyb y quiero pertenecer a la comunidad ful deportes para mostrar los ejercicios que hago para mantenerme. Es probable que también comparta algún otro tipo de deporte que se puedan realizar en el lugar donde vivo.
Disculpen el ruido que se escucha de fondo. Es debido a que durante la grabación en el centro deportivo de mi ciudad, se encontraba en proceso un campeonato en uno de los espacios y por ahora no cuento con los instrumentos adecuado, pero ya estoy trabajando en eso.

Por ahora en el video muestro alguno de los ejercicios que realizo y que me gustaría compartir por si tu también te animas a cambiar incluir el deporte dentro de tu estilo de vida. Voy a procurar compartir con ustedes algunos ejercicios adecuados que serían correspondientes para alguien de nivel principiante.
