Le mando un fuerte saludo  y abrazo  a todo los atletas que se encuentran incorporado aquí en la comunidad, mi nombre  es  <a href="/user/casciani-sw">@casciani-sw</a>   y les vengo a comentar y proponer una rutina de front lever que está vez tendrá una  dificultad de nivel intermedio - avanzado, pero  si lo hacemos de manera correcta y adecuadamente como está en  dicho entrenamiento los  ejercicios se le serán fáciles y podrán dominar muy pronto su front lever de una manera muy efectiva.

Este entrenamiento tendrá un descanso entre series 3 minutos y entre ejercicio 1 minuto, el entrenamiento está compuesto por press one leg 3 reps en cada pierna. Pull one leg 3 reps en cada pierna. Pateo one  leg 3 reps en cada pierna. Y por último Rango de movimiento en one leg 2 reps en cada pierna. Bueno, muchachos de la comunidad, este entrenamiento, si se hace de acuerdo a las instrucciones, estarán viendo los resultados y conseguirá su front lever en solo cuestión de meses, recordemos  que hacerlo  con buena postura, bloqueo en el brazo y quedar lo más recto posible consiguiendo así una mayo fuerza, estabilidad y resistencia en dicha progresión.
