<h1><em>Entrenamiento</em></h1>

<p>Está rutina se enfoca en la tensión de front Lever, es una rutina que me ha estado funcionando hace tiempo atrás con la misma he progresado significativamente en dicho estático, es importante mencionar que hay detalles dentro de la rutina que hay que tomar en cuenta, cómo lo son, los codos bloqueados, así conseguiremos un mayor enfoque en los dorsales, debo mencionar que no se trata de realizar los ejercicios rápidos, se trata de controlar el movimiento.</p>
<p>La rutina consta de 4 ejercicios de 4 series cada uno. El primer ejercicio son negativas en Front Lever un ejercicio muy crucial para avanzar en este estático y el que más cansa a la hora de entrenarlo, en mi caso yo realicé 8 repeticiones de 4 series, para los principiantes al subir a la press de Front Lever hacer remo y luego hacer la negativa correcta. El segundo ejercicio es un movimiento complejo donde se ven tanto positivas como negativas completas, lo importante acá es Mantener los codos bloqueados, es normal que al cansarse para subir se desbloqueen un poco. El tercer ejercicio es un movimiento controlado con tus dorsales dónde también se enfoca en la fuerza de la palanca Frontal. El último ejercicio es un ejercicio combinado de tablillas con aguantes en advanced y en touch advanced, es muy bueno ya que te fatiga rápidamente los dorsales por el cambio de movimiento.</p>

<p>Como estoy lesionado de la muñeca izquierda por una mala caída me causo un esguince por lo tanto no puedo forzarla mucho o doblarla, lo cual me produjo retraso en la plancha, a pesar de ello se que hay muchas maneras de entrenar plancha en donde decidí aplicarla nuevas formas de poder entrenarla sin lastimarme, variantes de plancha como, prayer, plancha a bíceps, plancha a una mano, plancha con antebrazos o como mucho pseudo plancha, sabiendo esto pude planificar un entrenamiento adecuado.</p>
<p>En el entrenamiento me enfoqué en la tensión de la misma, ya que no puedo realizar repeticiones o push ups, ya había aplicado este entrenamiento en 2 ocasiones anteriores, y en este entrenamiento pude ver resultados ya que no me enfocaba en las planchas en piso, aprovechare esta lesión para fortalecerme allí y lograr nuevas variantes o skills.</p>

<h1><em>Entrenamiento</em></h1>

<p>Decidí entrenar en la mañana ya que no tuve clases en la universidad lo cual aproveché para entrenar plancha y en la tarde enfocarme en los dinámicos, me sentía muy pesado, las planchas no me salían muy bien, imaginé que la razón es por qué la semana anterior entrene hasta el sábado.</p>
<p>En la rutina me centré más en hacer tensión básica para plancha y un ejercicio avanzado, pienso que los días en cuál el cuerpo está pesado es para entrenar más fuerte, puede traer beneficios como la resistencia en la memoria muscular, entre otros factores importantes en la disciplina.</p>

<p>I decided to train in the morning since I had no classes at the university so I took the opportunity to train plank and in the afternoon to focus on the dynamics, I felt very heavy, the planks did not come out very well, I imagined that the reason is because the previous week I trained until Saturday.</p>

<p>In the routine I focused more on doing basic tension for plancha and an advanced exercise, I think that the days in which the body is heavy is to train harder, it can bring benefits such as resistance in muscle memory, among other important factors in the discipline.</p>

<h1><em>Participación y Experiencia</em></h1>

<p>En este evento importante, competí como atleta semiprofesional, dónde habían 11 atletas de distintos estados, dónde la primera ronda se realizó como clasificatoria, nos dieron un total de 45 segundos para demostrar nuestras habilidades, tuve un total de 5.5 puntos con la segunda mejor puntuación, al terminar mi ronda clasificatoria tuve una molestia, para ser más exacto un tirón en la parte de atrás del muslo izquierdo, lo cual fuí directamente al fisioterapeuta para que lo tratara mientras la ronda acababa.  En la segunda ronda eran versus directos dónde me tocó con un atleta del estado Bolivar y éramos el segundo versus, no tuve tiempo de tratar la molestia en la pierna ya que al hacer estáticos me fastidiaba, empezé de primero con una muy buena ronda, al bajarme de la barra alta, fui a las mini paralelas al terminar la ronda con una full plancha, al ponerme en postura me dió otro tirón pero está vez en el cuádriceps de la pierna derecha, el cual afecto a la realización del truco. Nos fuimos a réplica por muy poco, sentí que ganaba por ser más completo, pero fue réplica, al empezar la ronda réplica tuve la idea de empezar con líneas de estáticos y terminar con un combo en la barra alta, estaba concentrado en el cronómetro de la pantalla grande, cuando termine mi linea de estáticos en la paralelas se me había acabado el tiempo pero en la pantalla faltaban 15 segundos, pero el cronómetro estaba desconfigurado, lo cual me perjudicó, porque no pude hacer mi combo para en la barra alta y estar seguro de la victoria, mi contrincante lo hizo muy bien, hizo lo que debía hacer para ganar y así se llevó la victoria.</p>
<p>No me sentí molesto porque perdí, son pequeñas confusiones o detalles que pasan, en esta competencia aprendí mucho, que debo calentar muy bien las piernas, es la primera vez que me sucede. Cabe destacar que está fue la última competencia que participaría como semiprofesional, ya que es  necesario subir de categoría y así me obligó a subir de nivel considerablemente, también porque mis compañeros de entrenamiento me han dicho por meses que ya suba de categoría y tome la decisión de hacerlo para el siguiente año, aún tengo mucho que demostrar, y tomar las experiencias de las competencias de este año para seguir mejorando cada vez más.</p>

We went to replica for very little, I felt that I won for being more complete, but it was replica, when I started the replica round I had the idea to start with static lines and finish with a combo on the high bar, I was focused on the stopwatch on the big screen, When I finished my static line on the parallel I had run out of time but on the screen there were 15 seconds left, but the timer was not set, which hurt me, because I could not do my combo on the high bar and be sure of victory, my opponent did very well, he did what he had to do to win and so he took the victory.</p>

<p>I did not feel upset because I lost, they are small confusions or details that happen, in this competition I learned a lot, that I must warm up my legs very well, it is the first time that happens to me. It should be noted that this was the last competition that I would participate as a semi-professional, since it is necessary to move up a category and thus forced me to raise my level considerably, also because my training partners have been telling me for months to move up a category and I made the decision to do so for next year, I still have much to prove, and take the experiences of this year's competitions to continue improving more and more.</p>

<h1><em>Entrenamiento</em></h1>

<p>Estos entrenamientos son de preparación para la Copa Hive 2da Edición, venía ya muy cargado por la semana de entrenamiento por lo cual se me dificultaba poder realizar los ejercicios de buena manera, el empuje es una de esas cosas que se me complica dominar, por lo tanto lo entreno mucho.</p>
<p>Luego de la rutina, con los hombros cansados, tomé la decisión de lanzar unas full plancha en piso, ya que en el suelo me cuesta un poco más dominarla, es notorio el cansancio en mis hombros, no lograba mantenerlo, pero lo veo como una buena manera de que los hombros se acostumbren a la fatiga y ganar resistencia en la plancha, ya que a la hora de hacer rondas largas en competencia, la resistencia es primordial. Le pedí asistencia a mi prima con algunos ejercicios, y como le he estado enseñando un poco, que me corrija la postura.</p>

I asked my cousin for assistance with some exercises, and as I have been teaching her a bit, to correct my posture.</p>

<p>Tuve la oportunidad de estar en Maracay para ser juez en la segunda edición del Only Static en Punto Fijo, estado Falcón, unos días antes aprovechamos para girar un poco y tomar confianza con nuevos trucos con <a href="/user/jisus-swyc">@jisus-swyc</a>, <a href="/user/alvis-sw">@alvis-sw</a>, <a href="/user/manuelcancine">@manuelcancine</a> y <a href="/user/ashura-sw">@ashura-sw</a>. Se siente frustrante volver a tener que agarrar confianza y calor con la dinámica cuando ya tienes un progreso, las cosas se dieron así y es mi deber seguir entrenando para progresar y ser un atleta más completo a la hora de competir. Me ayudó mucho practicar allá, tomé mucha confianza en los trucos por la seguridad de las colchonetas, en el parque donde solemos entrenar las barras son muy angostas y es muy probable que uno se pueda golpear, desde que llegué he tomado confianza en estas barras un poco incómodas y estoy progresando rápido por eso.</p>
<p>Compartiré los videos que tengo de mis intentos, hice más pero es lo que pude conseguir ya que no tengo teléfono para grabar y maquetar, igual hago lo posible por traerles contenido de calidad.</p>

<h1><em>Rutina de jale</em></h1>

<p>La rutina tiene como objetivo el fortalecimiento en resistencia y aumentar el volumen en la espalda y bíceps,   los ejercicios de espalda y de bíceps se intercalan entre sí, es importante controlar el rango de movimiento al realizarlos, jalar rápido y bajar lento, sacando el pecho y bloqueando los codos para tener mejores resultados, a medida de cuánto se vaya realizando se va aumentando las repeticiones y las series.</p>
<p>Como estuvo de reposo por 12 días por problemas de salud, le pedí el apoyo de un compañero del parque, el cuál fue el ejecutante de la rutina, su nombre es Yeremi Licet, tiene 18 años de edad, empezó a entrenar el 10 de abril de este año, practicante  de la calistenia y con ganas de saber y conocer a el Street Workout.</p>

<h1><em>Rutina de jale</em></h1>

<p>La rutina tiene como objetivo el fortalecimiento en resistencia y aumentar el volumen en la espalda y bíceps,   los ejercicios de espalda y de bíceps se intercalan entre sí, es importante controlar el rango de movimiento al realizarlos, jalar rápido y bajar lento, sacando el pecho y bloqueando los codos para tener mejores resultados, a medida de cuánto se vaya realizando se va aumentando las repeticiones y las series.</p>
<p>Como estuvo de reposo por 12 días por problemas de salud, le pedí el apoyo de un compañero del parque, el cuál fue el ejecutante de la rutina, su nombre es Yeremi Licet, tiene 18 años de edad, empezó a entrenar el 10 de abril de este año, practicante  de la calistenia y con ganas de saber y conocer a el Street Workout.</p>

<h1><em>Entrenamiento</em></h1>

<p>Realice los intentos de combos de estáticos junto a <a href="/user/jisus-swyc">@jisus-swyc</a> en el cual intentamos cosas nuevas y combos con más limpieza, esto para tener más enfoque al lanzar trucos estáticos. Intenté un hefesto estirando a Back lever pero se me bajo el agarre y no pude subirlo, me cuesta un poco porque sufro de las muñecas pero igual no lo veo como un límite por eso el intento de cosas nuevas. Cabe destacar que esto fue antes de entrar en un mal estado de salud que me mantiene fuera de entrenamiento por 10 días. Al regresar a los entrenamientos vendré con el doble de disciplina para recuperar lo que pierda, ya que soy de las personas que al descansar mucho siente que está decayendo en progreso, pero mirándolo de manera buena me ayudará con las articulaciones y lesiones que tenía anteriormente. Los estáticos es una de las cosas que destaco más y una de las ramas con más entrenamientos y preparaciones, ya estoy ansioso por entrenar de nuevo.</p>

<h1><em>Experiencia</em></h1>

<p>Me estuve preparando muy bien para esta campeonato anual, ya que el año pasado fue muy bueno y por eso hice lo posible para asistir y participar, con la mentalidad de superarme a mi mismo. Antes de empezar se tenia previsto que se realizaría una ronda clasificatoria pero no había mucho atletas por lo cual decidimos junto a la organizadora hacer un sorteo donde me salió el numero 4 y me tocaba contra la persona con que haya sacado el mismo número, en este caso mi contendiente era Marcos Mora de Carora, el número 4 también señalaba que eramos el cuarto versus. Al tocar mi turno, desafortunadamente tuve que ser el primero en empezar, realice mi demostración con un poco incomodidad pero lo vi normal ya que estaba frío y era la primera ronda de 45 segundos. Marcos Mora , es muy bueno dinámicos por lo cual también debería ser bueno combinando dinámico - estático. Sabia que el no tiene plancha lo cual tome esa ventaja para mostrar mas mi plancha y llevarme mi punto en estático, ya que el es mejor en dinámicos, tiene muy buen front lever pero también tengo muy buen front lever así que nos replicamos en ese aspecto. Sinceramente me sentí ganador, le dieron la victoria a Marcos, obviamente estaba en desacuerdo, pedí la hoja general de los puntos y observé que en estáticos a él le dieron 5 puntos y a mi 3.5 puntos cosa que no estaba de acuerdo, en power moves gane yo, justo juez. La jurado me dijo que mi plancha estaba para abajo, cosa que vi como excusa porque me sacaba otra cosa de que no aguantaba. En fin, admito que no lance todo mi nivel, hay trucos que me guarde por ser la primera ronda. Marcos Mora lo hizo muy bien, reconozco su nivel, las cosas fueron así y así las acepto aunque sea injusto.</p>
<p>Sinceramente me deprimió  mucho al principio de saber mi derrota, me preguntaba muchas veces "Que hice mal?" . Pensé que fue mi error pero al ver que a Jesús Rangel le hicieron lo mismo sabía que los jurados no eran justos, fue dificil porque hice de todo para poder estar alli, todos los meses de entrenamiento y preparacion se vayan en 2 minutos por algo injusto, quizás no fue lo que esperaba de esto, pero todo esto lo anexo a mi barra de experiencia que se que mas adelante me fortalecerá como atleta profesional, me costó mucho aceptarlo, y aun así hoy en día cada vez que entreno me acuerdo de lo sucedido, tomando eso como motivación y disciplina para fortalecer mis debilidades, lo estoy tomando como señal de cambio para ir con el 200%, no fue mi momento, esperare pacientemente que llegue mi turno. De regreso a Apure, vi por la ventana del autobús, en una pared una frase decía " La derrota es la clave de la victoria" desde ahí entendí todo claramente, lo que puedo decir, es que voy por mucho mas de lo que quiero lograr.</p>

<p>Sincerely I was very depressed at the beginning of my defeat, I asked myself many times "What did I do wrong? I thought it was my mistake but when I saw that Jesus Rangel did the same thing to him I knew that the juries were not fair, it was difficult because I did everything to be there, all the months of training and preparation are gone in 2 minutes for something unfair, maybe it was not what I expected from this, But all this I attach to my experience bar that I know that later will strengthen me as a professional athlete, it was hard to accept it, and yet today every time I train I remember what happened, taking that as motivation and discipline to strengthen my weaknesses, I'm taking it as a sign of change to go with 200%, it was not my time, I will wait patiently for my turn to come. On the way back to Apure, I observed through the window of the bus, on a wall a phrase said "Defeat is the key to victory" from there I understood everything clearly, what I can say is that I'm going for much more than what I want to achieve.</p>

<p>Principalmente estar aquí, es un honor, me ha costado mucho poder venir y participar, sin embargo desde hace meses me he estado preparando mentalmente para esta competencia que comenzara dentro de horas, no estaba muy seguro de poder participar eso me deprimía un poco, pero Gracias a Dios con sacrificio puedo venir acá, representar a mi estado y a mi gente junto con mis compañeros, como <a href="/user/jisus-swyc">@jisus-swyc</a> y Alvis Orozco que competirán en la categoría profesional y yo que competire en la semi profesional.</p>
<p>A lo largo de mi preparación mental he tenido distintos  tipos de entrenamientos para llegar de la mejor manera. Cabe destacar que mi primera competencia fue en Legends of the bars del año pasado, ya esta seria mi segunda edición participando y desde que comenzó este año me propuse como meta deportiva ganar esta competencia, con la mentalidad de no competir contra otros si no contra mi mismo, superarme y lograr que con tanto esfuerzo, sudor, dolor, lesiones, decepciones, alegrías, etc, hagan valer la pena, expongo textualmente que pongo esta competencia en manos de Dios y que sea su voluntad la que se cumpla. Llegué el miercoles en la mañana a Maracay, ese mismo día decidí tomar confianza con las barras delgadas, ya que en San Fernando no tenemos, y poder familiarizarme con el agarre. Ya a pocas hora del evento, me siento preparado.</p>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Principalmente fue un increíble evento, muy bien organizado, con bastante motivación, es la primera vez que iba a visitar Caracas y por esa razón estaba un poco emocionado, no tenia pensado competir, pero sabía que al hacerlo iba a obtener mucha más experiencia ya que los dinámicos me cuesta mucho dominarlo, vi la oportunidad como algo único para aprender y salir de mi zona de confort para ser un atleta mucho más competitivo. Había un total de 20 atletas conformados por distintos estados y ciudades, el desglosamiento de la competencia concluyó en 4 rondas que definirían el podio.</div>  
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Mainly it was an incredible event, very well organized, with a lot of motivation, it was the first time I was going to visit Caracas and for that reason I was a little excited, I had not planned to compete, but I knew that by doing so I would get much more experience since the dynamic combos are very difficult for me to master, I saw the opportunity as something unique to learn and get out of my comfort zone to be a much more competitive athlete. There were a total of 20 athletes from different states and cities, the breakdown of the competition concluded in 4 rounds that would define the podium.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">La primera ronda era clasificatoria, no se con que finalidad, pero sumaron los puntajes y todos clasificamos, me sentí algo dudoso en la barra donde hice mi demostración pero pude completar la ronda, aunque todos los participantes clasificaron a la siguiente ronda.</div>

En esta ronda empecé bien, pero al lanzar un 500 en X no me jale lo suficiente y lo giré muy lejos, lo cual sufrí una caída, miré la barra de nuevo y volvi a intentarlo,  en el intento se me voló un callo en la mano izquierda, me dolía mucho y decidí no seguir, en la conclusión del versus me lleve la victoria, inesperada para mi.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">En la tercera ronda ya eran semifinales, esta vez me tocaba un versus de 3 con Joscar Mundo y Carlos Belisario de Caracas, de los tres solo uno iba a clasificar a la final, me tocó ser el último de los 3, pude realizar un combo con mejor confianza pero a mitad de turno, se me volaron 3 callos en la mano derecha, y en la otra mano ya tenía una venda puesta para aguantar, sentí el dolor y el ardor pero seguí dandole hasta terminar la ronda, pensé que me llevaría la victoria, pero no fue suficiente para avanzar.</div>

<p>Los siguientes ejercicios son para la agilidad, coordinación, velocidad y resistencia en nuestras piernas para la mejora de atletas en distintas disciplinas. En mi caso soy futbolista, lo cual utilizo está rutina para ganar velocidad, potencia y aceleración como objetivo primordial.</p>
<p>Es importante que antes de realizar la rutina, se debe hacer un previo calentamiento e estiramiento para evitar, lesiones, dolores en músculos o en articulaciones, un mal movimiento por estar fríos, o un aire muscular.</p>

<h1><em>Tríceps en casa</em></h1>

<p>El <strong>Tríceps</strong>, es un musculo de tres cabezas que se encuentra en la zona del brazo, compuesta por tres cabezas, medial, larga y lateral. Aparte de ello es el músculo que se nota visualmente en un brazo grande, por esto es importante entrenarlo. El ejercicio con el que vamos a trabajar el tríceps, son flexiones de pecho, pero con variaciones que pueda hacer efecto en el tríceps, que son: Flexiones en diamantes, que hace más efecto en la cabeza lateral. Flexiones esfinge, que hace más efecto en la cabeza larga, Flexiones en X que involucra más fuerza en la cabeza medial. Flexiones de pecho combinados con esfinge para trabajar resistencia.</p>
<p>Otros ejercicios que se pueden realizar sin equipamientos, son rompe cráneos, fondos rectos, y  dips con agarre supino. Pero sin duda alguna los mejores ejercicios para trabajar tus tríceps, en donde quieras son los que les presento, solo con flexiones de pecho.</p>

<h1><em>Front Lever</em></h1>

<p>El <strong>Front Lever</strong> o Palanca Frontal es un truco estático donde empleas fuerza principalmente en los dorsales, hombros, lumbar y abdomen. Desde mi punto de vista para entrenar bien este truco estático, yo recomiendo quemarlo o cansarlo como dije anteriormente, empleando la mayor progresión o variaciones de el mismo antes de la rutina. Al entrar la rutina, si realizas tensión o jalón, no tendrás la misma fuerza y resistencia, lo que hace que los músculos trabajen más en poder aguantar una progresión o ejercicio para fortalecer los mismos.</p>
<p>Cuando llegué al parque, tenía planeado hacerlo, antes de empezar <a href="/user/yisus-sw">@yisus-sw</a> me invitó a lo mismo y decidimos hacerlo ambos, la idea era subir el post juntos pero lamentablemente no obtuve sus videos ya que no tengo teléfono para poder grabar, así que nos acompañamos y lanzamos nuestros combos de Front Lever antes de hacer la rutina.</p>

<p>The <strong>Front Lever</strong> is a static trick where you use strength mainly in the back, shoulders, lumbar and abdomen. From my point of view to train well this static trick, I recommend to burn it or tire it as I said before, using as much progression or variations of it before the routine.
