Y se acabó... 365/365 días de un año que para mi fue muy retador y lleno de aprendizajes. No lo catalogo como el más excelente de mi vida porque tuve muchas recaídas y fui incongruente conmigo y mis metas en varias oportunidades, pero entre todo fui PLENA. Me agradezco haber vivido y sentido en plenitud, tanto la frustración como la felicidad, no reprimí absolutamente nada, y por ello sobrellevé muchas cosas de la mejor manera. Dicho de otro modo, viví intensamente.

También debo comentar que en este 2023 pude reforzar lazos de amistad y crear nuevos. Tengo a personas demasiado leales y comprensivas a mi lado; he recibido muchísimo cariño en todas sus formas de amigos, familiares, alumnos, compañeros, y hasta de la misma Vida. De eso me apoyé muchísimo, el apoyo, reconocimiento y amor de otras personas fue una curita al corazón, mi consuelo aún cuando ni lo imaginaban. Así que por ello más agradecida y afortunada no puedo estar...

Bailé, reí, viajé, lloré, me molesté, trabajé, estudié mucho, me atreví, AMÉ, AGRADECÍ, reflexioné, estuve, fallé, me volví a levantar; no les miento al decir que en serio VIVÍ INTENSAMENTE cada momento, y pues este video resume un poquito todas esas experiencias... Amo la persona que soy hoy (más sabia, más humana, más resiliente), reconozco todo lo sucedido y las lecciones que la vida me dio para crecer y hacer consciencia de mucho. Me comprometo a aplicar todas esas herramientas y TRANSFORMAR todo aquello necesario para cumplir con mis objetivos de Año Nuevo. Lo hice excelente y siento orgullo de mi, este 2024 estará lleno de mucho más amor y metas cumplidas, ya puedo sentirlo.

I must also comment that in this 2023 I was able to strengthen friendships and create new ones. I have very loyal and understanding people by my side; I have received a lot of affection in all its forms from friends, family, students, classmates, and even from Life itself. I danced, I laughed, I traveled, I cried, I got upset, I worked, I studied hard, I dared, I LOVED, I THANKED, I reflected, I was, I failed, I got back up again; I'm not lying when I say that I really LIVED INTENSELY every moment, and this video summarizes a little bit all those experiences... I love the person I am today (wiser, more human, more resilient), I recognize everything that happened and the lessons that life gave me to grow and become aware of a lot. I did excellent and I feel proud of myself, this 2024 will be full of much more love and fulfilled goals, I can already feel it.

What a pleasure to have been present once again at the Caracas Blockchain Week! This wonderful event that culminated yesterday October 28th, 2023 was full of learning, laughter, connection and sharing; for my part I felt very beautiful to see how Hive was so present and received so much recognition compared to last year. Bienvenida/o a este segundo y último Vlog de mis Mini Vacaciones en Puerto Bay, Higuerote! Y me emociona mucho inmortalizar este recuerdo ya que fue mi primera vez conociendo una Playa, o este caso, una Bahía, del estado Miranda🥰.

Welcome to this second and last Vlog of my Mini Vacation in Puerto Bay, Higuerote! I hope you've seen and enjoyed the previous video (link to watch it); this time we are going to the Playitaaa🥳!!!! And I'm very excited to immortalize this memory since it was my first time knowing a beach, or in this case, a bay, in the state of Miranda🥰.

El viernes 8/09 regresé a la ciudad después de esos días de desconexión, pero no antes sin tomar una lancha y vivir un mágico viaje por el mar junto mi tía, Manuelito, Zoe y la Sra. Disnarda. Nos recogieron directamente en el Puerto, el recorrido duró unos 10 o 15min aproximadamente hasta Bahía de Buche, una de las Playas más bonitas y cercanas de Higuerote.

Su agua es totalmente cristalina, tuvimos el privilegio de verla así limpia y en su maximo esplendor (ya que en épocas de lluvias podría estar revuelta) y hasta convivir con pesecitos; te reciben los locales con mucho entusiasmo, la atención de verdad que es muy buena y eso a mi parecer le da más valor a la experiencia. No hubo tanta cantidad de gente ese día, así que pudimos bañarnos y disfrutar tranquilamente. De hecho, editando el video me di cuenta que no les grabé tanto material, pero como pudimos estar solo unas pocas horas me desentí del teléfono en varias ocasiones. Pero además de lo que les pude mostrar en el vlog, jugamos Volleyball dentro del agua y dimos un paseo por la playa para conocer un poco más de sus alrededores.

Estuvo el sol bastante fuerte ese día también, sabroso! Nos fuimos bien bronceados y felices porque todo fluyó perfectamente, jajaj. Como les comenté, ese mismo día nos tocó volver a Caracas, pero con mucha calma, inspiración, amor y agradecimiento. La vida en serio puede llegar a ser muy gentil, y una vez más soy testigo de que te da lo que necesitas en el momento justo. Porque si, necesitaba y deseaba poder descansar de esa manera, he inesperadamente se dio la oportunidad, que me agradezco inmensamente también haberla aprovechado...

On Friday 8/09 I returned to the city after those days of disconnection, but not before taking a boat and live a magical journey by the sea with my aunt, Manuelito, Zoe and Mrs. Disnarda. Its water is totally crystalline, we had the privilege of seeing it clean and in its maximum splendor (since in rainy season it could be rough) and even live with little fish; the locals receive you with much enthusiasm, the attention is really very good and that in my opinion gives more value to the experience. There were not so many people that day, so we were able to bathe and enjoy peacefully. In fact, editing the video I realized that I did not record so much material, but as we could only stay a few hours I got rid of the phone on several occasions. But besides what I was able to show you in the vlog, we played Volleyball in the water and took a walk along the beach to get to know a little more of the surroundings.

The sun was pretty strong that day too, tasty! We left tanned and happy because everything flowed perfectly, hahaha. As I told you, that same day we had to return to Caracas, but with a lot of calm, inspiration, love and gratitude. Life seriously can be very gentle, and once again I am witness that it gives you what you need at the right time. Because yes, I needed and wanted to be able to rest in this way, and unexpectedly the opportunity was given, and I am immensely grateful to have taken advantage of it...

Las cosas inesperadas y poco planificadas sin duda son las que muchas veces resultan mejor. Estas mini vacaciones fueron así, repentinas; por medio de una invitación que le hicieron a mi tía, para pasar unos días con su amiga y su nieto en Puerto Bay, Higuerote; oportunidad que por supuesto no pensamos dos veces aprovecharla, jajaj. Hace unos 5 o 6 años tuve unas pequeñas vacaciones igualmente por invitación de la Sra. Disnarda, y desde ese entonces no recordaba que podía existir la posibilidad de ir nuevamente, jajaj. Puerto Bay es todo un espectáculo, es un Conjunto de Villas ambientadas en Santorini, Grecia; literal te puedes llegar a sentir en ese lugar, es muy hermoso, ideal para desconectarte por completo de la rutina; y aunque yo tuve que continuar trabajando, fueron días de mucha paz y tranquilidad en mi mente y corazón…

Esos dos primeros días fueron de solo piscina; al bajar la temporada vacacional, esta puede durar casi todo el día sola, y pues la pudimos disfrutar muchísimo, en mi caso, tanto para bañarme bajo la pequeña fuente, como para nadar, llevar solecito, admirar el paisaje y los atardeceres (que no se porqué razón no los grabé🙃).

Agradezco inmensamente este tipo de oportunidades que brinda la vida, lo sentí un regalo y un abrazo al corazón de parte de ella; necesitaba un descanso así, Boldmerecía disfrutar plenamente antes de comenzar la rutina de la universidad y todo el trabajo, y de la nada, pues se dio🙌🏽… quise documentar un poco para que ustedes también pudieran vivir en cierto modo esos momentos de calma y contemplación conmigo, y por supuesto, para inmortalizar el recuerdo de ese viaje que me reinició la vida por completo y junto a uno de los seres más especiales para mi...

About 5 or 6 years ago I had a small vacation also at the invitation of Mrs. Disnarda, and since then I did not remember that there could be the possibility of going again, hahahah. Puerto Bay is a spectacle, it is a set of villas set in Santorini, Greece; you can literally feel yourself in that place, it is very beautiful, ideal to disconnect completely from the routine; and although I had to continue working, they were days of great peace and tranquility in my mind and heart...

Those first two days were pool only; when the holiday season is over, it can last almost all day alone, and we were able to enjoy it a lot, in my case, both to bathe under the small fountain, and to swim, take the sun, admire the scenery and the sunsets (which I don't know why I didn't record them🙃).

I am immensely grateful for this kind of opportunities that life gives, I felt it a gift and a hug to the heart from her; I needed a break like this, I deserved to fully enjoy before starting the routine of college and all the work, and out of nowhere, well it was dio🙌🏽.... I wanted to document a little so that you could also live in some way those moments of calm and contemplation with me, and of course, to immortalize the memory of that trip that restarted my life completely and with one of the most special beings for me...

Una de las cosas que más disfruto y me encantan en esta vida es conocer nuevos lugares y salir de mi zona de confort experimentando nuevas sensaciones. Por suerte, tengo amigas a las que les gusta lo mismo, de hecho el día de este video hablábamos de lo “pata caliente” que podemos llegar a ser (una expresión venezolana que hace referencia a las personas que les gusta andar en la calle😅), y nos reíamos porque no lo podemos negar. Amamos salir a divertirnos y ese día en particular, hasta hicimos un pequeño viaje de 35min aproximadamente a un pueblito llamado El Hatillo, solo para ir a un Multiparque Temático a probar cositas diferentes, compartir y reírnos mucho, jeje.

One of the things I enjoy and love the most in this life is getting to know new places and getting out of my comfort zone and experiencing new sensations. Luckily, I have friends who like the same thing, in fact the day of this video we were talking about how "pata caliente" we can be (a Venezuelan expression that refers to people who like to hang out in the street😅), and we were laughing because we can't deny it. We love going out to have fun and that particular day, we even made a little trip of 35min approximately to a little town called El Hatillo, just to go to a Multipark Theme to try different things, share and laugh a lot, hehe.

De niña yo solía ir mucho a este tipo de parques, así que recordé momentos de esa etapa de mi vida, que indudablemente me siguen haciendo feliz. A este en particular, fuimos para Patinar por primera vez en 4 ruedas, fue la primera actividad que hicimos literal, y aunque no aprendimos verdaderamente fui muy divertido, y nos reímos un montón. Otra de las atracciones que experimentamos fue la Realidad Virtual, yo particularmente vi dos modalidades, un jueguito que estuvo bien chevére, y todas pasamos por otra que no recuerdo el nombre exacto, pero estabas en escenarios locos como un ascensor en el que aparecían arañas, tenías que caminar por un pasillo súper angosto a mil metros de altura para atender un teléfono, y al final inclusive te podía atropellar un camión si no actuabas rápido. Esto para las personas que tienen fobias y miedos heavys a las alturas como el caso de una de mis amigas es horrible porque sientes que lo vives, e incluso pedían que un acompañante estuviese pendiente porque te puedes llegar a caer de verdad por las sensaciones que experimentas. En fin, fue una experiencia totalmente diferente, primera vez también que todas jugábamos a eso de la Realidad Virtual, jajaja.

As a child I used to go to this kind of parks a lot, so I remembered moments from that stage of my life, which undoubtedly still make me happy. We went to this particular one to skate for the first time on 4 wheels, it was the first activity we did literally, and although we didn't really learn, it was a lot of fun, and we laughed a lot. Another attraction we experienced was Virtual Reality, I particularly saw two modalities, a little game that was very cool, and we all went through another one that I do not remember the exact name, but you were in crazy scenarios like an elevator in which spiders appeared, you had to walk through a super narrow corridor a thousand meters high to answer a phone, and at the end you could even get run over by a truck if you did not act fast. This is horrible for people who have phobias and fears of heights as in the case of one of my friends because you feel that you live it, and even asked that a companion was pending because you can really fall because of the sensations you experience. Anyway, it was a totally different experience, and also the first time we all played with Virtual Reality, hahaha.

Tuvimos también un recorrido por un Museo de Dinosaurios que particularmente se movían y emitían sonidos, bastante cool; escalamos en una pared, fue todo un reto cabe destacar pero me encantó, y tuvimos unos buenos minutos de cardio haciendo Just Dance. Esta última fue de nuestras actividades favoritas también, gozamos mucho... A eso de las 7:00pm ya estábamos de vuelta a nuestra ciudad, Caracas; cenamos unos buenos Shawarmas en un carrito de comida rápida y finalmente, cada una se fue bien feliz a su casa por haber tenido un día súper divertido. Amo tener aventuras de este estilo, sin tanta planificación, con bajo presupuesto, y en la que nos enfoquemos única y exclusivamente en disfrutar y vivir el presente. Son momentos que recargan baterías sin duda... cúentenme en los comentarios que tal les pareció este Vlog y si les gustaría visitar este Parque para interactuar un poquito. We also had a tour of a Dinosaur museum that particularly moved and made sounds, pretty cool; we climbed on a wall, it was quite a challenge but I loved it, and we had a good few minutes of cardio doing Just Dance. At around 7:00pm we were back to our city, Caracas; we had some good Shawarmas for dinner at a fast food cart and finally, everyone went home happy for having had a super fun day. I love having adventures like this, without so much planning, with a low budget, and in which we focus solely and exclusively on enjoying and living in the present. Después de más de dos meses, no saben lo feliz que me hace volver a compartirles un Video Vlog de un día poco planeado y que no pensé que me haría tan feliz, ¡fui a mi primera Feria del Café! Creo que en sí también fue la primera feria en general de tal magnitud a la que he asistido, que recuerde, y no imaginan cuánto me gocé cada minuto, parecía una niña chiquita en ese lugar, jajaja.

I think it was also the first fair in general of such magnitude that I have attended, as far as I remember, and you can't imagine how much I enjoyed every minute, I looked like a little girl in that place, hahaha.

Soy muy fanática al Café, cabe destacar que no me considero adicta (en algunas ocasiones me da dolor de cabeza si no tomo café en la mañana, pero no es simpre), ya que normalmente lo mucho que consumo al día de café son dos tazas, pero si amo y no es negociable para mi ese momento en la mañana de degustar una buena taza y sentir ese característico aroma que a mi en lo particular me fascina. Solo ese hecho me da paz y me pone contenta, así que ya se imaginarán mi nivel de emoción al estar rodeada de muchos tipos de Café, degustarlos y olerlos... es una experiencia única en verdad.

Fui invitada por mi ami de siempre (Winy, que pronto estará aquí en Hive) y más tarde de unió su mami. No quiero darles tantos detalles para animarlos a ver el video, pero si les digo que el ambiente fue INCREÍBLE, todo muy bien ambientado en cuanto a música y decoración según la región del país. Por ejemplo, los Stands de Café de la región de los llanos tenían colocada música llanera de fondo, y esos detalles le dan un plus a la experiencia, al menos a mi parecer, porque integras y te conectas con todos los sentidos y te transportas a esos lados del país.

A su vez, el hecho de que hubiesen muchas personas, a pesar de las colas que habían que hacer en los Stands, también me agradó. Ya que podías interactuar sobre la marca que estabas probando, y es muy lindo, porque todos estamos en la misma sintonía siendo felices al compartir ese gusto por el Café. Aunado a esto, algo que me llamó mucho la atención, es la cantidad de extrajeros que habían también, llegué a presenciar y escuchar a portugueses y personas con mucha pinta europea, lo cual me hizo sentir muy bonito, porque le da valor a lo en el país se produce, y ese día comprobé totalmente que aquí en Venezuela hay buenos productores...

Les mentiría si digo que probé la mayoría, pero no alcancé a eso (de hecho el día domingo también asistí y pude probar más, pero creo que para abarcar todos había que asistir toda la semana jajaj), pero si les digo que los que probé estuvieron muy buenos, mis favoritos de la Feria fueron La Protectora y el Santo Domingo, me parecieron divinos aunque no los probé en su preparación tradicional, pero claramente lo haré en algún momento, jeje. Y finalmente, el día culminó con un hermoso concierto de Tambor Urbano que uff, hizo de la experiencia más que maravillosa.

At the same time, the fact that there were many people, despite the lines that had to be made at the stands, also pleased me. You could interact about the brand you were trying, and it is very nice, because we are all on the same wavelength, being happy to share that taste for coffee. In addition to this, something that caught my attention was the amount of foreigners that were also there, I got to witness and listen to Portuguese and people with a lot of European look, which made me feel very nice, because it gives value to what is produced in the country, and that day I totally proved that here in Venezuela there are good producers?

I would be lying if I say that I tried most of them, but I did not reach that (in fact on Sunday I also attended and I could try more, but I think that to cover all of them I had to attend the whole week hahaha), but if I tell you that the ones I tried were very good, my favorites of the Fair were La Protectora and Santo Domingo, I thought they were divine although I did not try them in their traditional preparation, but clearly I will do it at some point, hehe.

Hace un año ni por mi mente pasaba la posibilidad de poder mover cargas superiores a mi peso corporal en muchos ejercicios de forma repetida. Peso 45kg y puedo mover 60kg en Sentadilla Libre y 70kg en Peso Muerto Convencional, siendo éstos dos de los ejercicios compuestos más demandantes que existen (y que particularmente me gustan mucho, jeje), sin ningún tipo de accesorios (como straps o cinturón) y con una técnica muy pero muy limpia...

Y quizás algunos se pregunten, ¿cómo es posible? A lo que yo hoy día respondo que se logra: con claridad en tus objetivos, para poder enfocar tu atención y energía en ello; mucha disposición y capacidad de seguir instrucciones. Estas han sido las claves para mi progreso, acompañadas por supuesto de disciplina, constancia, amor y respeto por lo que se hace y hacia conmigo misma. Porque el Gym, o Entrenar, es mucho más que algo vanidoso (como lo veía yo hace tiempo), Entrenar Fuerza es uno de los favores y gestos de amor propio más grandes que se puede hacer un Ser Humano, por todo el bienestar que este trae a tu vida, en todas las áreas (física, psicológica y emocional).

A year ago, the possibility of being able to move loads greater than my body weight in many exercises repeatedly did not even cross my mind. I weigh 45kg and I can move 60kg in Free Squat and 70kg in Conventional Deadlift, being these two of the most demanding compound exercises that exist (and that I particularly like a lot, hehe), without any kind of accessories (such as straps or belt) and with a very, very clean technique...

And maybe some of you are wondering, how is it possible? To which today I answer that it is achieved: with clarity in your goals, to be able to focus your attention and energy on it; a lot of willingness and ability to follow instructions. These have been the keys to my progress, accompanied of course by discipline, perseverance, love and respect for what I do and for myself. Because the Gym, or Training, is much more than something vain (as I saw it some time ago), Strength Training is one of the greatest favors and gestures of self-love that a Human Being can do, for all the well-being that it brings to your life, in all areas (physical, psychological and emotional).
