Es importante saber que los entrenamientos básicos se debería entrenar entre 3 a 5 días por semana, y descansar mínimo dos días, ya que el descanso en los entrenamientos es muy importante, pues esto influye mucho en tu rendimiento. Ser disciplinado y crear hábitos para que día a día puedas seguir mejorando y alcanzar tus metas, siempre con la mente en alto sin desmayar, ser muy fuerte mentalmente y verás que tus metas serán logradas.</div>

Es importante añadir que ver cómo estos atletas se desenvuelven es una gran motivación para todos, llegar a ese nivel o más es algo que todos deseamos, pero para eso hay que tener mucha disciplina, porque nadie nació aprendido, y todos los atletas que están a alto rango estuvieron bajo nivel también y por su disciplina y desempeño llegaron a dónde están.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este ejercicio es uno de los más avanzados y deseados por todos los amantes de la calistenia, ya que es un ejercicio de mucha fuerza donde se desafía la gravedad, es importante de decir que para sacar este truco hay que tener mucha constancia y disciplina ya que este se saca en un aproximado de 1 o 2años, y como todo, todos empezamos desde abajo, así que en esta oportunidad te traeré una rutina básica de plancha para ir ganando fuerza en los hombros. </div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Las flexiones en pino es un ejercicio muy peculiar de la Calistenia ya que te ayuda mucho a fortalecer y ganar fuerza en tus hombros y en el tríceps, este ejercicio consiste en pararte de mano, las manos a la altura de los hombros y bajar y subir el torso, en este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 4 series de 8 repeticiones.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este ejercicio ayuda mucho la plancha, es uno de los más básicos ya que te ayuda a controlar y fortalecer más tus hombros, este ejercicio consiste en colocarse en la paralela, subir las rodillas al pecho y subir y bajar controlada mente con la pelvis a la altura de la espalda sacando escapula, en este ejercicio haremos 4 series de 6 repeticiones.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este ejercicio te ayuda mucho en los dorsales y acostumbrar a tener postura en la plancha sacando la escapula, consiste en hacer una Dips normal solo que acá se sacará la escapula al bajar y subir, se harán 4 series de 8 repeticiones.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">En este ejercicio se trabaja full el hombro ya que consiste en poner las piernas en un soporte y la espalda recta en dirección hacia el suelo en posición de L, y se va a bajar, que todo el peso recaiga en los hombros y el tríceps al subir, acá se harán 4 series de 10 repeticiones.</div>

En este ejercicio se harán 4 series de 8 repeticiones. </div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Estos son unos de los ejercicios básicos para ir fortaleciendo los hombros que son unos de los principales músculos que hay que fortalecer para la full Plancha, como dije antes para sacar este truco hay que tener constancia y disciplina ya que no es fácil, y eso es lo que hace más interesante, ya que si fuera fácil todo el mundo lo hiciera. Ya con el tiempo, cuando vayas dominando estos ejercicios básicos irás subiendo de rango y haciendo unos ejercicios más fuertes y completos para tu full plancha. </div>
