Not because I lost all my games, in fact I think I finished 50/50, but because I am 1250 ELO and I'm playing against people who are 200 points below my peak level.

So yeah, I ended 50/50 in games where I should've finished with a 100% win rate.

The problem is, I think I will be stuck at this level for a while because I am so obsessed with recovering that I'm actually playing worse.

As simply as that sounds.

I used to be 1498 ELO in rapid chess on chess.com but now I am sitting a little bit above 1300 and it sucks.

My game style has changeed though, I no longer play it safe, I actually look for sacrifices all the time and ways to unbalance the position as much as possible even at the cost of a full piece or being down an exchange.

If I play solid and safe chess I might be able to get back to 1500, but I don't want to do that, I actually want to play exciting chess and have crushing victories with theatricality and deception, just like Bane would play and win.

So far it hasn't worked out for me. At first it did, but as of late I've been on a losing streak so bad that I almost rage quit this video, but I was able to stay under control of my emotions.

I say I lost my mojo because I am missing tactics and mate in one patterns that normally I would detect with one glance at the position. I have no idea if it is because I've been playing a lot of bullet chess and rapid is too slow for me now or what, but I am losing in the dumbest ways possible, and this video is proof of that.
