<div class="text-justify">Antes de comenzar a practicar calistenia que fue hace 9 o 10 años más o menos, mis inicios en los deportes extremos fue en el parkour, antes realizaba Front Flips, Back flips, Scorpions, side flips entre otros trucos, he querido retomar por ende comencé con lo primero que aprendí, el flip flap que es parecido a el Scorpion
<p>El Scorpion en parkour normalmente se realiza con una mano, pero es el mismo movimiento hacia tras como el flip flap</p>
<p>Y en el flip flap es una extensión completa hacia la parte trasera de tu cuerpo, estilo látigo para caer de pie mediante vas realizando cada uno de los movimientos, más adelante les traeré un tutorial</p>

<p>El penúltimo video me hizo mucha ilusión porque hace mucho no hacía un Combo de Estáticos y el poder haber intentado por lo menos marcar un milisegundo la full planche es algo muy especial para mi</p>

Esté es el 3er día de mi semanario de entrenamiento, a pesar de que no lo suba el mismo día que lo grabe, cumpliré con la frecuencia que es muy importante además de eso, siempre busco mostrar la naturalidad de mis entrenamientos con las personas que están a mi alrededor
<p>Mi tercer día a pesar de la fatiga que sienta, siempre intento no sobrecargar mi cuerpo para poder sentirme al 100% en el transcurso de la semana, es muy impresionante tomar en cuenta que todos los días no vamos a sentir diferentes pero lo más importante es darlo todo en lo que hagamos, ya que el sumar todos los días no ayudará a obtener un resultado satisfactorio a largo plazo</p>

<p>Me enfoque en practicar trucos estaticos que últimamente he intentado preso se me ha complicado el poder realizarlos por su dificultad pero poco a poco me voy sintiendo más cómodo y tranquilo al momento de realizarlos</p>
<p>Además de esto me encontraba entrenando con un grupo de amigos que conocí en mi recorrido en Bogotá y los que faltan por conocer</p>

<div class="text-justify"> Hoy lunes nos enfocamos en realizar entrenamientos enfocado a Hombros, pecho y triceps. Enfocando el principio del entrenamiento en practica de trucos de calistenia o ejercicio con alto nivel de intensidad para mi nivel actual, para irlos entendiendo y dominando.
<p>Todo lo hago basado a mi enfoque de aumentar fuerza, resistencia y mejorar el dominio de mi peso corporal.</p>

<div class="text-justify"> Los Pull ups y variables de leg, kneez raises me gusta realizarlas al principio del entrenamiento para entrar en calor, sin fatigar y sobre-calentar los músculos, la idea es no fatigar en corto plazo los músculos, si no hacerlo de forma gradual para sacar los mejor de mi.

<div class="text-justify"> Siempre es fundamental la respiración, el inhalar y exhalar con el diafragma para una mayor concentración, además de tener un control, cuando aguantamos la respiración tendemos a marearnos o sentirnos extraños por la presión a nivel cerebral, al tener un respiración controlada mayor será el control del estatico y mayor oxigenación cerebral.

<div class="text-justify">En el video y las imagenes pueden ver que Brandon me esta dando indicaciones, enseñándome como realizar trucos dinámicos y estáticos, y pude apreciar el gran nivel que tiene como atleta, por dificultades de la vida Bradon duro un tiempo sin entrenar, pero ahora volvió con hambre de enseñar, mejorar y ganas de volver a ser unos de los mejores atleta a nivel nacional.

Hoy les comparto mi experiencia en las Street Workout Duals Battles, 2° Edición, que se realizó en la Ciudad de Maracay, Estado Aragua, específicamente en el Centro Comercial Parque Los Aviadores, el centro comercial más grande de Venezuela. Antes de llegar al día de la competencia, Camilo Yanquen, David Cubillos y yo, Ángel Romero, tuvimos que realizar un viaje desde la Ciudad de Bogotá en Colombia hasta Cúcuta, para luego dirigirnos a la Ciudad de Maracay, Estado Aragua.

Además, iba a tener la oportunidad de conocer una ciudad nueva y compartir con los atletas de la Street Workout Community de Maracay, así como con aquellos atletas que se dirigían desde otras ciudades hacia Maracay.

Poder compartir con el CEO de SWC, Manuel Ramos (<a href="/user/manuelramos">@manuelramos</a>), la asesora técnica de SWC, Marleny Suárez (<a href="/user/marlenyaragua">@marlenyaragua</a>), Johan Fernández (<a href="/user/joanfh-workout">@joanfh-workout</a>) y John Linares (<a href="/user/johnlinares">@johnlinares</a>), moderadores de SWC y entrenar junto con los integrantes de la comunidad fue increíble.

Para ser sincero con ustedes, nunca había presenciado una organización y una competencia de élite como la que llevó a cabo Street Workout Community. Los atletas tuvieron una excelente participación, demostrando una gran formación, dedicación y el deseo de crecer cada día más.

To be honest with you, I had never witnessed such an elite organization and competition as the one held by Street Workout Community. <div class="text-justify">La modalidad de Duals me encantó, ya que cada atleta realiza trucos estáticos o dinámicos en sincronización. Muchos atletas destacaron en la competencia debido a su casi perfecta sincronización. Espero tener la oportunidad de participar en la próxima edición.

<div class="text-justify"> La idea de esta primera parte del entrenamiento es realizar trucos que ya domines pero que se deban perfeccionar, en mi caso realice el Handstand para mejorar la postura, realice Press to Handstand, intentos de Straddle Planche con descansos intermedios de un minuto, pensaba, analizaba lo que tenía que mejorar. La duración de esta primera parte abarca entre 10 - 15 minutos.

<div class="text-justify"> Entre los ejercicios que me encantan y que son completos está el Muscle up, mi meta era ver cuantas repeticiones podría hacer en 4 Sets, los primeros dos sets me fue bien no me sentí fatigado, pero los ultimos sets me costo bastante cumplir las repeticiones que me marque pero se logro terminar la segunda parte de mi entrenamiento.

Mi nombre es Angel Romero (<a href="/user/angelrvzl">@angelrvzl</a>).Hoy les comparto mi participación en la 1° Edición de la competencia OnlyStatic que se realizó el 9 de abril de 2023 en Mosquera – Cundinamarca en el espacio de Infinity Gymnastic. Anteriormente les había comentado que mi participación fue inesperada debido a que no tenía pensado competir y para ser sincero llevaba un par de semanas sin entrenar por temas de trabajo. Sin embargo, los muchachos me animaron para competir y aunque no me sentía  al 100% a nivel competitivo  por el alto nivel en estáticos,  logre ganar dos rondas que me permitieron participar en la final.

<div class="text-justify">En la primera ronda el fuerte de mi contrincante era el Front Lever, tenía fuerza para realizar planchas pero aún  le faltaba mucho por mejorar, entonces decidí realizar Straddle Planche + Press a pino. Como  llevaba tiempo sin practicarla no lo hice con la mejor técnica. Después terminé mi ronda con  un  Touch Front Lever. En la segunda ronda de nuestro versus  mi contrincante realizo variantes de Front Lever, algo que yo no domino aun, pero yo realice Human Flag + Press en Human Flag, que es un truco que estoy acostumbrado a realizar donde entreno,  pero la barra fija del gimnasio era un muy gruesa por ende se me dificulto, pero lo logre realizar y así pude ganar mi primer Versus.

<p>In the first round my opponent's forte was the Front Lever, he was strong enough to perform planches but he still had a lot of room for improvement, so I decided to perform Straddle Planche + Pine Press. As I hadn't practiced it for a long time, I didn't do it with the best technique. Then I finished my round with a Touch Front Lever. In the second round of our versus my opponent performed variants of Front Lever, something that I have not mastered yet, but I performed Human Flag + Press on Human Flag, which is a trick that I am used to perform where I train, but the fixed bar of the gym was a very thick so it was difficult for me, but I managed to do it and so I could win my first Versus.</p>

<div class="text-justify">En nuestro segundo versus solo se realizaría una sola ronda por ende ambos sacamos los mejores trucos. Por mi parte fui fiel al Touch Front Lever, Straddle, Press y Human Flag, y el otro atleta realizo unos  buenos trucos pero no le sumaron los puntos suficientes y logre ganar mi segundo versus. Y cuando me di cuenta ya estaba en la final, ni yo me lo creía, estaba muy feliz y fatigado, los músculos estaban contraídos y en la final era un versus cuádruple, entonces era mucha más exigencia.

<p>In our second versus there would only be one round so we both pulled out the best tricks. For my part I was faithful to the Touch Front Lever, Straddle, Press and Human Flag, and the other athlete performed some good tricks but they did not add enough points and I managed to win my second versus. And when I realized I was already in the final, even I could not believe it, I was very happy and fatigued, the muscles were contracted and the final was a quadruple versus, so it was much more demanding.</p>

<div class="text-justify">Intente realizar una Straddle planche con una diferente colocación de las manos pero la fatiga muscular me ganó, entonces realice lo más básico y lo que diera mi cuerpo por decirlo así, pero quede de cuarto lugar en la categoría de Avanzados de la competencia, la verdad me sentí muy bien pues a  pesar de que mi participación no fue planeada obtuve un buen resultado y espero poder dar lo mejor de mi este año en las competencias que se realizarán a nivel nacional en Colombia.

<p>I tried to perform a Straddle planche with a different placement of the hands but the muscle fatigue won me, then I did the most basic and what my body gave so to speak, but I was fourth in the Advanced category of the competition, the truth I felt very good because although my participation was not planned I got a good result and I hope to give the best of me this year in the competitions to be held at the national level in Colombia.</p>

<div class="text-justify"> Los integrantes del Equipo Dysfunction organizan una Copa anual en la que todos los atletas del país tienen la posibilidad de competir y demostrar sus habilidades. En el mes de abril de 2023 en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia, se llevó a cabo la Tercera Edición de la Copa Dysfunction de la que Hive y Street Workout Community participamos como parte del equipo organizados lo que nos permitió   tener contacto con los atletas para compartirles acerca de este hermoso proyecto que se está extendiendo a nivel mundial y de hablarles sobre la Blockchain de Hive.

<div class="text-justify">Como parte de SWC y Hive  colaboramos en el desarrollo de  la competencia para que fuera un éxito completo,  desde el registro de los participantes por categorías Novatos, Avanzados y Profesionales hasta el momento de la premiación de lo cual quedó evidencia en las fotos y videos que compartimos con mucho orgullo con ustedes en este post,  e hicimos entrega a cada uno de los competidores de una tula deportiva que incluyo la escarapela o  distintivo y  la camiseta oficial del evento con nuestra marca, una barra de proteína y un bloqueador solar.

Para los que aún no me conocen, mi nombre es Angel Romero (<a href="/user/angelrvzl">@angelrvzl</a>), el día de hoy les quiero compartir un post y video de lo que han sido unas semanas compartiendo con atletas colombianos sobre nuestra Blockchain de Hive y Street Workout Community. Desplazarse en la ciudad de Bogotá, que es donde me encuentro, no es fácil obviamente porque es la capital del país y la ciudad más grande de toda Colombia.

<div class="text-justify"> EL parque Juan Amarillo se encuentra ubicado en la calle 90 con carrera 111ª, tuve la oportunidad de volver a entrenar con los chicos del Team High &amp; Low. Anteriormente había entrenado con ellos, pero esta vez fue diferente debido a que les comenté sobre el Proyecto Hive y SWC y de las exhibiciones y competencias que se han logrado en Venezuela y además pudimos conocer sus experiencias como atletas de nuestra Blockchain.
Como comenté en el video, la especialidad o modalidad que ellos entrenan es netamente estáticos, tienen un gran nivel de empuje, jalón, combinaciones y una muy buena resistencia para realizar una gran cantidad altas de repeticiones de un ejercicio en corto tiempo. Además de ser buenas personas, son atletas con un futuro prometedor.

<div class="text-justify"> El Parque Urbano El Virrey queda ubicado en la calle 88 sobre la carrera 15 en la localidad de Chapinero. En este caso fui a entrenar con Miguel de 19 años, uno de los primeros amigos que conseguí desde que llegué a la ciudad de Bogotá.  Miguel es un atleta con un gran nivel, su fuerte es el front lever o los trucos de jalón. A diferencia de los muchachos de High &amp; low, que su fuerte es Onlystatic, Miguel se enfoca en estáticos y dinámicos.

Le interesó muchísimo, porque según él en el deporte hace mucha falta la unión de los atletas o una comunidad en donde se pueda compartir información, experiencias y consejos entre atletas, librarse también de la revalidad tóxica o de malos comentarios, pues unidos somos más.

<div class="text-justify">La liga Perdomo queda en la Carrera 72 Número 57H – 20 Sur de Bogotá, anteriormente ya había estado allí, y como han visto  en algunos posts, son lugares cerrados donde se practican todas las ramas de la gimnasia además de deportes como Parkour, Freerunning y Street Workout Calistenia. Fuimos con Miguel quien invitó a unos amigos para entrenar y aprovechar para comentarles acerca del proyecto y nos fue muy bien. Es muy satisfactorio trabajar para que cada paso que demos sea en beneficio de nuestro deporte, la comunidad, la plataforma y es gratificante estar seguros de que vienen grandes cosas para nuestras vidas.
En Colombia hay muchos atletas con mucho talento y disciplina y son deportistas que solo necesitan apoyo para poder lograr el sueño de crecer como atletas y no tener obstáculos o límites que les frustren sus sueños.

<div class="text-justify"> Hola Amigos/amigas de Hive y integrantes <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943"> Street Workout Community </a> Para mi es un gusto poder volver de nuevo, después de tanto tiempo sin compartir contenido, y claro la mejor forma de regresar a compartir contenido es con este pequeño Highlights sobre lo que fue la competencia OnlyStatic y mi pequeña participación inesperada ya que no tenia planeado participar.
<p>Les cuento todo desde mi perspectiva como fue nuestro primer evento o competencia en colombia, estoy muy alegre porque todo salio excelente, todos los atletas dieron una competencia muy profesional.</p>
<p>El día domingo 09 de abril fue el día de la competencia como se aprecia en el flyer, desde que se comenzo a realizar la publicidad de la competencia estaba esperando este día con anhelo, emoción y nervios. El evento se realizo en Mosquera Cundinamarca, a pesar de que este pueblo quede a las afueras de Bogotá, el viaje es super rapido de donde vivo y la experiencia de viajar y ver los paisajes de este país son únicos.</p>

<p>La competenica OnlyStatic no es una modalidad muy común en las competencias de street workouet calistenia, logramos marcar la diferencia entre las competencias que normalmente se realizan acá en Colombia, estamos acostumbrados a las modalidades mixtas o solo Freestyle, la idea es que cada atleta se enfoque en la modalidad que le guste, apasiona y que pueda competir y destacar en su modalidad y categoria.</p>

<div class="text-justify"> Las instalaciones de Infinity Gimnastycs son unas de las ligas que puedes encontrar en la cuidad de Bogotá y en toda colombia, en esta liga se realizan prácticas de gimnasia olímpica donde forman niñas/niños para que en un futuro sean los mejores atletas a nivel internacional, es un espacio pequeño per muy cómodo y completo, con colchones de protección, barra fija grande y mediana, un trampolín, además de eso permiten alquilar el espacio para los practicantes de Street Workout Calistenia.

<div class="text-justify"> La competencia comenzaría a las 10:30am, los primeros en llegar fueron los jueces y organizadores para dejar todo bien acomodado, carpetas, certificados, trofeos, realizar la entrega de uniformes a los jueces y preparar los premios de los ganadores de las dos categorías. La primero impresión de los atletas y jueces es que algo así nunca se había realizado a nivel nacional, que estaban felices de la disposición de nuestro BlockChain y nuestra comunidad por el crecimiento de los atletas y del deporte.
