Greetings dear Hivers, I am very happy to be back here. As I have told you before, it has been quite difficult for me to reactivate my blog. I have been very sad and I try every day to give my 1%. One of the things that always keeps me going is continuing to draw and create. I haven't been involved in the Splinterlands initiative for a long time. I know that for many it's a contest, but for me it's a beautiful adventure through the incredible cards and stories of each character, which I read with deep attention every time I feel up to it. Before this wave of adverse circumstances overwhelmed me, I published every week in this initiative, and my goal is to continue doing so.

On this occasion, after spending a lot of time looking through the cards, reading stories, and being fascinated by the divine designs of each character, I decided that I would draw CHAOS FURYBRINGER. I loved this character because it reminded me of the giant cyclops from my favorite series, Xena: Warrior Princess. I also identified with this card quite a bit because sometimes that's how I feel inside, like an enormous fury and chaos that I can't control. Eventually, I control it, but I feel really tired. So this card was ideal for reactivating my fan art.

For this drawing, I used several of my colors. Lately, as I have been very sad, my loved ones have given me several boxes of colors that I wanted to cheer me up. They are from Primavera, a Colombian importer that brings these colors from China. They are very good and inexpensive. So for my work, I needed a sheet of paper, an HB pencil, a micro-tip marker, another fine-tip marker, and several colors that I already told you about. I used all the boxes because I am very excited to explore my colors.

So little by little I began to develop the tones of my character. I'm just starting to work on the skin tones, so it was a brutal adventure. Based on color theory, I'm trying to use complementary colors to make the shadows, but I've really struggled with the skin tones. I tried to make the shadows with blue or grayish blue, even with a dark green tone, but I didn't get the results I expected.

I relaxed as I created my CHAOS FURYBRINGER. And at some point during the creation process, I had to give in and use black for the shadows. I felt really defeated, so I tried to use it as little as possible and helped myself a little more with strong lines using the marker.

So little by little, I created the details. I am very excited to return to this initiative. I know that this work may seem simple to some people, but for me it means everything. Everything I was able to do today, all the confidence I had in myself when I embarked on this journey, all the hope of returning to my creative rhythm and work on my blog and in my life in general.

I really enjoyed creating this Fan Art and I hope to improve my designs every week, which really motivates me. Right now, I'm going to take a look at the work of other Hivers, which I'm sure will inspire me deeply. I am grateful to everyone who read my blog and to this great community for creating spaces for creation and the exchange of creative ideas.

Saludos queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar nuevamente por acá. Como les he dicho otras veces me ha costado bastante activar nuevamente mi blog, he estado muy triste y trato cada día de dar mi 1%. Alguna de las cosas que siempre me mantiene en pie es seguir dibujando y creando. Hace un montón de tiempo no estoy en la iniciativa de Splinterlands, se que para muchos es un concurso, pero para mi se trata de una hermosa aventura a través de las increíbles cartas y las historias de cada personaje, que leo con profunda atención cada vez que me animo. Antes de que esta oleada de circunstancias adversas me sobrepasara, publicaba cada semana en esta iniciativa y mi propósito es seguir haciéndolo.

En esta ocasión, después de mucho andar entre las carta, leyendo historias y dejándome fascinar por los divinos diseños de cada personaje, decidí que dibujaría a CHAOS FURYBRINGER . Un personaje que me encanto, ya que me recordaron los cíclopes gigantes de mi serie favorita Xena la princesa guerrera. Ademas me identifique bastante con esta carta, porque a veces así es como me siento en mi interior, como una enorme furia y caos que no puedo controlar,finalmente lo controlo, pero me siento realmente cansada. Así que esta carta me resulto ideal para reactivar mis los fan art.

Para este dibujo utilice varios de mis colores, últimamente como he estado muy triste, mi gente querida para subir mi animo, me ha regalado varias cajas de colores que quería. Se trata e la linea Primavera, que es una importadora colombiana, que trae estos colores desde China. Son muy buenos y económicos. Entonces para mi trabajo necesite una hoja de papel, un lápiz HB, Un marcados punta micro, otro punta fina y barios colores de los que ya les hable. utilice de todas las cajas ya que estoy muy emocionada explorando mis colores.

Así poco a poco empece a desarrollar los tonos de mi personaje. Los tonos piel apenas estoy comenzando a trabajarlos así que fue una brutal aventura. Basándome en la teoría del color, estoy tratando de usar los colores complementarios para hacer las sombras, pero realmente me ha costado trabajo en los tonos piel. Intente hacer las sombras con azul o azul grisáceo, incluso con un tono de verde oscuro, pero no conseguí los resultados esperados.

Me fui relajando mientras creaba a mi CHAOS FURYBRINGER. Y en algún punto de toda la creación tuve que ceder y acudir a color negro para las sombras. Me sentí realmente derrotada, trate de usarlo lo menos posible y me ayude un poco mas con lineas fuertes con el marcador.

Así poco a poco fui creando los detalles. Me ha entusiasmado mucho volver a esta iniciativa. Se que este trabajo puede parecer simple para algunas personas, pero para mi puede significar todo. Todo lo que pude hacer el día de hoy, toda la confianza que tuve en mi a la hora de emprender este recorrido, toda la esperanza de volver a mi ritmo de creación y trabajo en mi blog y en mi vida en general.

Disfrute mucho realizar este Fan Art y espero cada semana ir mejorando mis diseños, esto me motiva realmente. Ahora mismo me voy a realizar un recorrido por los trabajos de otros hivers, que estoy segura me inspiraran profundamente. Agradezco a todos los que me leyeron y a esta grandiosa comunidad por generar estoy espacios para la creación y el intercambio de ideas creativas.

This time I bring you the fan art of a very interesting card. This is CHAOS ANIMATOR a terrible character, a troublemaker, addicted to chaos and tyranny.

As his name says this gloomy character is in charge of motivating chaos. He is usually on the side of the bad guys and uses all his power to make the forces of chaos remain. It really caught my attention because I know a lot of people like this. So once again the world of Splinterlands offers us a character that we would easily get among us.

As usual I brought a cartoon drawing, as some of you already know it's my favorite drawing style and I really enjoy drawing the Splinterlands cards with this technique, since the aesthetics of the characters lends itself very well to represent in black and white.

To do this I only need a white sheet of paper and three markers, one with a thick tip, one with a fine tip and the last one with a micro tip. Making the sketch of the splinterlands cards is very easy for me, but the real challenge is in the inking. Still it's my favorite part, it's the life of drawing.

A friendly greeting dear Hivers. It gives me great pleasure to be with you again in another Splinterlands Art Contest Week 272 to share another Fan Art of the great cards of this great game. This time it's LOBB LOWLAND, I fell in love with this card since I saw it.

As a child I always drew gorillas, for a while I made a whole series of gorillas and named and characterized each gorilla character I invented, I had a blog full of my gorilla family. So seeing this letter filled me with memories and I was able to live the adventure of drawing a gorilla again. Obviously this is not just any ape, this powerful character has an incredible story that is worth knowing.

To make the fans art I only needed a white sheet of paper, a pencil and a black marker, although this one has a fine tip on one side and a micro tip on the other so I would say two markers.

As I mentioned last week, when you have markers of various thicknesses in the tip, the finish is much nicer. Beautiful details are achieved and I love that.

As always it is better to do the sketch in pencil, although great artists like to experiment working with freehand marker, but I prefer to do my sketch in pencil. It gives me much more confidence.

I would like to re-emphasize the importance of inking, it is important to respect the natural shadows in the drawings. The more we draw with marker the more we will educate the mind and the eyes to identify the place of the shadows. And the more shadows we draw, the more volume the drawing will have and this will make the difference.

A friendly greeting dear Hivers, I am a pleasure to be once again in this great contest. It's been a long time since I posted, because since my dear @jetta.amaya is resting I have had many responsibilities at home and that has kept me very busy, but always with the desire to share in my dear hive.

Finally after a few weeks I have returned to explore the magical world of Splinterlands and I have found a tremendous card, which I drew for you in a special version. It is THANE NEWSONG a powerful bard with only one eye. I was deeply attracted to this card because I have always liked two types of characters: bards and cyclops. Having these two in one character is the best.

As you know my thing is drawing, so my fan art is made with colored pencils, I also used a pencil and a pen, besides the white sheet where I drew my character. Now I tell you a little about my version of this card, I added some details to link it with one of the greatest rock legends Slash, who was the guitarist of the famous band Guns N' Roses.

I mainly focused on the hat and the guitar, very characteristic of Slash. Without a doubt THANE NEWSONG looks a lot like Slash, because of the hair and the power of his music. And then there are other little details like the red t-shirt, which is not typical of the original character but it is possible that we have seen Slash with a similar one in some presentation.

As always I have been exploring several of the cards of this magical game, whose characters I like more and more. And for this occasion I wanted to bring you my version of the mystical and powerful MOTHER KHALA.

This character caught my attention a lot, because she is a very powerful old woman, it seems to me that she vindicates the elderly and gives them a great representation. It also made me think of the old women of the native peoples of Latin America or African tribes, who are always a source of wisdom and strength.

One of the things I liked the most is that the legend of this character tells us that MOTHER KHALA sings and hums songs while she fights, this is really inspiring, I identified with her, since in the hardest circumstances I always try to defend joy and tenderness.

Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar una vez más con ustedes, compartiendo uno de mis entrenamientos. Esta vez les traigo otra rutina de curda, de 10 minutos pero alternando tres saltos diferentes, algunos de estos son considerados complejos pero también los más efectivos para quemar calorías, como lo es el Skipping y el Shuffle.

Hoy se me hizo un poco difícil saltar, porque la temperatura rondaba por encima de los 33 °C, esto no es muy bueno a la hora de hacer ejercicios cardiovasculares. Igualmente realice esta grandiosa rutina 6y me hidrate bastante al terminar. Cada vez que salto cuerda me siento realmente viva, los ejercicios cardiovasculares son muy importantes para el entrenamiento, incluso ayudan al cuerpo a producir musculo ya que estimulas la producción de testosterona.

También tuve que hace el entrenamiento dentro de mi casa, ya que durante la tarde no es muy recomendable salir por la intensidad del sol. Pero me sentí muy cómoda saltando dentro, pensé que no lo seria por la irregularidad del piso, sin embargo no me afecto para nada.

This slimy little disgusting character reminded me of some politicians so I wanted to create a vignette where SLUG is running an election campaign to be president.

Green, slimy, fetid, lives in the darkness of caves and devours treasure hunters; he certainly profiles very well to be a corrupt politician. There is also a second character in the scene, let's say s as his campaign manager, who seems to be not very convinced of CAVE SLUG's victory.

I love to see the cards and their legends, I think these stories are the ones that give more sense to the cards, an excellent characterization of each character. This time I used a pencil for the sketch, colored pencils: two shades of green, red and two shades of brown. Also use pencil and lickipaper for the light reflections on the drooling body of the characters.

Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar una vez más con ustedes compartiendo en este maravilloso espacio deportivo. Hoy estoy muy feliz porque les traje una rutina que seguro les encantara, se trata de un entrenamiento para el abdomen utilizando una Fitball. Así que si tienen una de estas en casa les invito a entrenar conmigo.

Para los que no saben la Fitball es una pelota de ejercicio, que representa un excelente recurso para trabajar todos los grupos musculares del cuerpo, asistiendo y facilitando los ejercicios de peso corporal, de flexibilidad y equilibrio. Pero además se puede utilizar para realizar rutinas cardiovasculares en las que se entrena también la coordinación.

El entrenamiento de hoy está conformado por tres ejercicios enfocados en el abdomen, todo esto y mucho mas se puede realizar con esta maravillosa pelota. Aunque parece fácil dominar la Fitball requiere de esfuerzo y disciplina, pero vale la pena invertirle nuestro tiempo y dedicación, ya que es un recurso muy útil.

Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto compartir una nueva semana con ustedes, realmente es muy divertido cada semana explorar un poco sobre el fascínate mundo de Splinterland. En esta ocasión me enamore de uno de los personajes de las cartas, nada más y nada menos que FLYING SQUID. Este personaje tiene mucha presencia y es muy poderoso su leyenda me atrapo por completo y me alegro que su nombre coincidiera con mi nombre de usuario.

Esta vez utilice una técnica diferente, en las ocasiones pasadas utilice lapicero y lápices de colores para el acabado, pero esta vez he trabajado en blanco y negro, enfocándome en saturar las sombras del personaje para hacerlo más interesante. También quise ser tan creativa con las otras veces y contar algo diferente acerca de FLYING SQUID, así que le hice un cuerpo humano para sentirlo más cercano y como le regale una cualidad inesperada, la de ser un gran bailarín de Break dance.

Lo cierto es que FLYING SQUID no se ha adaptado aun a su nuevo cuerpo y está tratando de bailar sin chorear tinta por todos lados: Tranquilo FLYING SQUID la práctica hace al maestro, seguro pronto lo harás mejor, no es fácil dejar de ser un chico malo para convertirse en un gran artista.

Es mi primera vez por aquí aunque no es la primera vez que publico contenido deportivo en Hive, así que algunos ya sabrán que mi entrenamiento favorito es el de saltar a la cuerda. Esta rutina que grabe para ustedes hoy forma parte de un proyecto que inicie el añ9o pasado llamo “La ruta de la cuerda” y consiste en hacer un entrenamiento de cuerda en cualquier lugar al que visite. Es por eso que siempre que salgo cargo la cuerda en mi bolso por si tengo la oportunidad y el tiempo de saltar.

Entonces hoy cuando estaba en la capital de mi municipio haciendo unas diligencias con mi querida @jetta.amaya, no desperdicie la oportunidad de saltar en una de las plazas centrales y esta vez lo registre para compartirlo con ustedes. Saltar cuerda es un ejercicio cardiovascular de alta intensidad. Por esta razón la forma más saludable de realizar este entrenamiento es de manera intervalica, permitiendo un espacio de 15 0 10 segundos de descanso entre cada 30 segundos de entrenamiento.

En esta ocasión la rutina es de 5 minutos, en total son 7 intervalos. Es un entrenamiento suave que no representa tanto a la hora de quemar calorías pero si en activación y coordinación. Me encanta compartir con ustedes una de mis grandes pasiones, espero les guste y disfruten de entrenar conmigo. Me despido hasta pronto.

En esta ocasión les voy a dejar una rutina de abdomen, este tipo de ejercicios lo empecé hace muy poco y se ha hecho bastante difícil, aun así sigo avanzando y poniendo todo mi esfuerzo para progresar. Entendiendo que cuando se trata de nuestro cuerpo lo cambios no son de un día para otro, sino que es un proceso que debemos disfrutar y valorar en cada una de sus fases.

Sobre el tema de las planchas sé que muchas mujeres nos desanimamos al comenzar a hacerlas, pero les invito a seguir entrenando. Estos ejercicios, o las planchas en general en todas sus variaciones, son las únicas que realmente trabajan de manera efectiva nuestro abdomen, además que intervienen en nuestros brazos, espalda y piernas. En fin es un entrenamiento súper completo. Por mi parte espero seguir mejorando y poder llegar a ejecutar óptimamente cada una de las variaciones de las planchas.

Un dato curioso a cerca del proceso en que nuestro cuerpo se adapta a los ejercicios es que por lo menos tienen que pasar dos meses para poder ejecutarlos bien y los ejercicios más difíciles a veces hasta seis meses. Esto lo he investiga y lo dicen muchos profesionales, por eso es importante no desistir, si bien sentimos que no podemos o que no nos ale tan bien debemos seguir perfeccionando la técnica.

It is very simple, just four exercises 10 repetitions and three sets. At first and if you don't have your ankles ready, it might be a little difficult, but then you will realize the benefits of these movements and your feet will thank you for it.

We went to the park to cool down a bit, as the heat was very intense. Being there the shade of the trees and the breeze were a gift, but unexpectedly it started to rain and we had to go back home. Even though we couldn't spend the whole afternoon there we had a great time and above all we were able to develop this content for our favorite platform Hive.

Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, es todo un placer volver a estar con ustedes entrenando en la comunidad de Full Deportes. Hacia bastante tiempo que no compartía una rutina de salto de cuerda así que les quiero compartir mi entrenamiento de cuerda de hoy, en la cancha de usos múltiples de mi comunidad. Como siempre acompañándome para grabar y tomarme el tiempo mi querida @jetta.amaya.

Este es uno de los espacios deportivos de nuestra comunidad más frecuentado por los jóvenes. También se realizan barios campeonatos de futbol o Voleibol. La última persona que invirtió su esfuerzo en remodelar esta cancha fue un ex político llamado Suilio Hernandez, por lo que la cancha fue reinaugurada con su nombre.

El municipio donde vivo se caracteriza por impulsar a la juventud deportista, de allí aquel muchos de los deportistas que destacan en competencias regionales y nacionales provienen de aquí. Así que es todo un gusto poder entrenar en este espacio que sirve de nicho para que nazcan deportistas y se promueva el deporte como algo propio de nuestra cultura.

La rutina es sencilla, tan solo 10 minutos de saltos, porque estos días la temperatura ha superado los 30 grados, así que no me arriesgo a entrenar por más tiempo durante la tarde, mucho menos saltando la cuerda que es tan demandante. Recordemos que este es un ejercicio de alta intensidad que no solo requiere de gran resistencia muscular, sino que exige una gran carga energética, lo más recomendable es tomar todas las precauciones necesarias para evitar cualquier lesión e incluso deshidratarnos.
