<p>De la comunidad de distintos niveles profesionales, semi profesionales y amateur, la competencia se llevó a cabo el día 30 de julio, este gran evento que se organizó Maracay, Estado Aragua. El 3° versus amistosos de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> se realizó en el parque las ballenitas fue un gran evento, fue una experiencia muy increíble y todo gracias a <a href="/search?q=hive">#hive</a> y a <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>.</p>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">My experience in the 3 versus friendly where I had the opportunity to participate as a combination jury, this event was an incredible, there were many athletes that surprised me by the level and the performance they had in the competition was something very interesting by the fact that I had the opportunity to meet several athletes.

<p>From the community of different professional, semi professional and amateur levels, the competition took place on July 30, this great event was organized in Maracay, Aragua State. The 3rd friendly versus of <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> was held in the park las ballenitas was a great event, it was a very incredible experience and all thanks to <a href="/search?q=hive">#hive</a> and <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a>.</p>

Estoy enfocando en mejorar la postura y el aguante de mis planchas, por eso estoy entrenado con ejercicios combinados porque tiene un mayor desempeñó a la hora de trabajar cada músculo requerido para nuestra plancha </div>

I am focusing on improving the posture and endurance of my planks, that's why I am training with combined exercises because it has a better performance when it comes to working each muscle required for our plank. </div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Mi meta es obtener mayor resistencia y fuerza a la hora de ejecutar este movimiento estático y por eso estoy decidido a hacer este tipo de ejercicio para poder mejorar, ganar fuerza en las escápulas, toda la espalda, desde los dorsales y el lumbar. </div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Mi experiencia en el 3 versus amistoso donde tuve la oportunidad de participar como jurado de combinación, este evento fue muy increíble e interesante  por el hecho que tuve la oportunidad de conocer a diversos atletas de la comunidad de distintos niveles profesionales, semi profesionales y amateur, la competencia se llevó a cabo  el día 30 de julio este gran evento que se organizó Maracay, Estado Aragua. El 3° versus amistosos de <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> se realizó en el parque las ballenitas fue un gran evento, fue una experiencia muy increíble y espero poder tener la oportunidad de seguir apoyando en lo que pueda.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Esta competencia fue algo muy increíble, e interesante poder  poder participar con distintos atletas de Venezuela, la competencia fue realizada día sábado 22 de julio, en Maracay, estado Aragua, duelofchampions y tuve la oportunidad de competir con distintos en varios versus participar con varios atletas fue algo muy divertido también tuve la oportunidad de llegar a la final, pero por desgracias me caí en un truco dinámico y por esa razón me bajaron los puntajes acumulados, pero a pesar de todo tuve la oportunidad de representar a <a href="/search?q=hive">#hive</a> y a <a href="/search?q=swc">#SWC</a> en esta competencia fue una experiencia muy increíble por el hecho que tenía mucho tiempo sin competir, en versus 1 versus uno y a pesar de todo fue algo muy interesante.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Esta rutina de plancha de 5 ejercicios consiste en, ganar mayor aguantes y fuerza, ya que es una rutina concites en ejercicios  combinados, ya te tienes ejercicio avanzado como ejercicio intermedio, siempre hay que tener en cuenta que la rutina de plancha es algo muy fuerte y son ejercicios de alto nivel por eso hay que hacer los ejercicios lento y progresivo siempre después de cada ejercicio haremos un aguante de tuck de plancha eso nos ayudara a tener mayor resistencia y aguante.</div>

Es un ejercicio excelente para trabajar la plancha, ya que este ejercicio se enfoca en los hombros  de una manera increíble y trapecio te va a ayudar, a obtener mayor fuerza en los hombros y a tener mayor resistencia y mayor  control a la hora de hacer press de plancha o repeticiones de plancha. Te recomiendo a empezar con 4 series de 8 repeticiones de parada de manos y por último aremos un aguante  de tuck de 5  segundo </div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Las flexiones de lean plancha declinada es un ejercicio muy parecido a la lean plancha normales la única diferencia es que estaremos declinados, ya que este ejercicio no ayudara mucho en él tranque de nuestras planchas, para hacer este ejercicio correctamente debemos inclinarnos haciendo delante y bajaremos hasta que nuestra cintura toque la barra este nos ayudara también a obtener mayor control en la plancha. Te recomiendo hacer 4 sería de 10 Repeticiones y por último un aguante de tuck de plancha de 5 a 7 segundo.</div>

Te recomiendo empezar con 4 series de 7 lanzadas y por último haremos un aguante de tuck de plancha de 5 segundo.</div>

Te recomiendo hacer 4 series de 6 repeticiones  después de cada 2 repeticiones de plancha, has un aguante.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Los ejercicios de estiramientos que verán son unos de lo que yo mayormente utilizo ante de entrenar y me han ayudado mucho a evitar cualquier tipo de lesión no deseadas, los ejercicios de estiramientos o de flexibilidad o también denominados como ejercicios para la amplitud de movimiento o simplemente, de estiramiento, hacer unos estiramientos bien mantienen la elasticidad del cuerpo y de los músculos y la ayuda a la libertad de movimiento de las articulaciones. Los ejercicios de flexibilidad deben dar una sensación de “tensión y con comodidad. Debes sentir relajación en cada movimiento porque este ejercicio igualmente como nos ayuda a mantener relajado también no puede lesionar, es por eso que se debe de hacer lento y progresivo, nunca debemos de sentir dolor y los ejercicios de flexibilidad también ayudan a disminuir la rigidez y mejora la distribución en la sangre en nuestro cuerpo. </div>  
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">The stretching exercises that you will see are some of what I mostly use before training and have helped me a lot to avoid any kind of unwanted injury, stretching exercises or flexibility exercises or also called as exercises for range of motion or simply stretching, doing some stretching well maintain the elasticity of the body and muscles and help the freedom of movement of the joints. Flexibility exercises should give a feeling of "tension and comfort. You should feel relaxation in every movement because this exercise as well as it helps us to keep relaxed also can not injure, that is why it should be done slowly and progressively, we should never feel pain and flexibility exercises also help to decrease stiffness and improve the distribution of blood in our body. </div>

La habilidad que tienen varias partes de nuestro cuerpo (articulaciones y músculos, por ejemplo) para desplazarse a lo largo de un rango de movimiento, eso es la flexibilidad, entrenar la flexibilidad te puede ayudar a mejorar el rendimiento físico, flexibilidad mediante los estiramientos ayuda a reducir las molestias musculares de nuestro cuerpo.</div>

Bueno en Apure siempre tratamos de llevar el Street Workout a otro nivel, pero no todos los días son iguales, algunos te sentirás más ligeros y otro más pesado, por ejemplo este día estuve muy pesado pero hubo mucha motivación gracias al apoyo de mi compañero de entrenamiento y traje este tipo de motivación del Street Workout.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este día fue algo muy inesperado, ya que estamos en temporada de lluvia y llueve casi todos los días y literalmente el parque se llena de agua y no estamos en óptimas condiciones para poder entrenar, pero ese día llovió, pero nuestro parque de entrenamiento estaba seco y pude traerles este post. Fue un día muy divertido por el hecho de que hubo una gran motivación parte de mis compañeros, por el hecho de que algunos están motivados para la gran competencia que se realizará en Maracay la STREET WORKOUT DUAL BATTLES donde algunos estaremos participando como atleta competidor y estamos super motivado por ese gran evento. </div>

Les traigo este post para que los nuevos ingreso de atletas se motiven y sigan adelante con el proyecto SWC Gracias <a href="/search?q=hive">#Hive</a> hemos crecido como persona y como atletas y cada vez aprendiendo de nuestros errores y corrigiéndonos todo como familia y tienen que recordar que StreetWorkoutCommunity no es solo una comunidad, sino que somos <a href="/search?q=hive">#Hive</a> y somos una familia espero que les guste mis post y se motiven.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Este día fue muy divertido porque literalmente participaron casi todos los atletas que practica Calistenia Street Workout eran nada más, 3 ejercicios, se trataba el que hiciera más de cada repetición, clasificara para la siguiente ronda, claro no solo del que hiciera más, sino de la limpieza. </div>

Hice 31 dominadas, después hice fondos en barra paralela como el empuje no es mi fuerte y, ya que también estaba un poco cansado, puede hacer 33 fondos, después de eso, pases a las sentadillas donde tuve la capacidad de hacer 68 sentadillas, puede hacer.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Con mucho cariño le vengo a traerles este maravilloso post de palanca frontal a un brazo, los ejercicios que verán son muy efectivo para poder comenzar a entrenar su palanca frontal a un brazo, les recomiendo ante de hacer esta rutina, tienes que tener ya una palanca frontal sólida porque necesita tener una gran fuerza para ejecutar cada ejercicio, bien debes de tener buena condición física, ya que son ejercicios muy diferentes a los  que estaremos  acostumbrados como verán en el post cada ejercicio tiene su técnica y su manera de ejecutarlos y mayormente los ejercicios son muy fuertes, por el hecho de que todo el peso cae en un solo un brazo de apoyo recuerde hacer un buen estiramiento antes de hacer cualquiera de estos ejercicios. Les recomiendo después de cada ejercicio desasen de 1 minuto a 2.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Las dominadas a un brazo es un ejercicio muy fuerte y muy esencial para trabajar nuestra palanca frontal a un brazo, trabajar con este ejercicio nos ayudará aumenta la flexibilidad activa, aún más la fuerza en los hombros para esto al momento que se ejecuta este ejercicio correctamente nos permitirá trabajara nuestros dorsales de una manera descomunal también nos ayudara  a la técnica de nuestra palanca frontal de un brazo para poder ejecutar este movimiento correcto siempre haciendo una retroversión pélvica hueca es decir siempre apretado la pelvis cada vez que vayas subiendo así acostumbraras a tus músculos a la fuerza de este ejercicio. Te recomiendo hacer 4 series de 4 a 5 dominadas a un brazo.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Las negativas de palanca Frontal a un brazo es algo muy, distintos a lo que estaremos acostumbrados habitualmente porque es algo muy diferente, la técnica de este ejercicio es hacer una palanca frontal a un brazo, pero siempre con el brazo de apoyo con que mayormente quieras trabajar pondremos una pierna en tuck con conjunto al brazo de apoyo como podrán ver en el post y la otra pierna la estiraremos para hacer la forma de una palanca frontal a un brazo y a una pierna. Allí haremos las negativas, siempre apretando las lumbares y dorsales, en cada negativa es un ejercicio muy completo, ya que no solo trabajo la lumbar y la espalda, también nos ayuda mucho a tener mayor resistencia, a tener mayo control en nuestra palanca frontal, a un brazo. Te recomiendo hacer 4 series de 7 a 10 repeticiones de tuck por ultimos un aguante de tuck</div>

Te recomiendo hacer 4 series de 8 a 10  negativas por ultimos un aguante de tuck</div>
