Greetings community, I hope you enjoy my post. I was supposed to publish it yesterday, but I had visitors at home and that caused a change of plans. Now I'll tell you about my walk in my story and, above all, in my video, which I hope you won't miss.

The working day is over. Imagine you are on your way home, you have already covered most of the distance, you are very tired but in a hurry because you have to get there and get ready for a night-time commitment, also work-related, in other words, it is not optional.

There you are, torn between exhaustion and mentally preparing to get ready and go out again, when suddenly you see a large tree in front of you, lying completely horizontally across the road.

Retrasos inesperados 🚗🚍🚒⏳⏰🌳

Saludos comunidad, espero que reciban bien mi post, debía publicarlo ayer pero tuve visitas en casa y eso me produjo cambio de planes. Ahora les cuento en mi relato sobre mi caminata y sobre todo en mi video que espero que no se lo pierdan.

Termina la jornada laboral, Imagina que vaz camino a tu casa, ya llevas gran parte del camino recorrido, vas muy cansado pero de prisa porque debes llegar y arreglarte para salir a un compromiso nocturno, también laboral, es decir, no es opcional.

Ahí vas tu, entre el cansancio y la preparación mental para llegar arreglar te y volver a salir cuando de repente ves frente a ti un gran árbol ubicado de forma totalmente horizontal de extremo a extremo del camino.

La carretera por la que vas está totalmente obstruida, no hay forma de pasar ni siquiera caminando, a menos que estés dispuesto a escalar este inmenso árbol para llegar al otro lado.

La situación es fuerte y desoladora, estas muy lejos de todo y el tiempo pasa sin tu saber cuantaa horas puedes pasar en el mismo punto, solo hay dos opciones , dentro del carro o fuera del carro.

O, también tienes una tercera opción ve y documenta lo que está ocurriendo. Esto precisamente fue lo que me provocó hacer cuando vi que algunas personas comenzaron a cortar las ramas más pequeñas del árbol con la ilusión de que de rama en rama en algún momento se lograría abrir un pequeño espacio en el camino obstruido.

Mi reportaje se torno más emocionante cuando me di cuenta de que entre nosotros en la cola había dos grúas, una pequeña y una más grande y ambos conductores estaban dispuestos a mover todas las ramas que las personas estaban cortando.

No se pierdan el video en el que verán una linda cerdita a la que no solo le tocó esperar que abrieran el paso si no que adicionalmente tuvo que hacer un trasbordo de vehículo. Si quieren saber porque vean el video.

Y lo más hermoso de esta anécdota, además del momento en que el camino fue abierto (que de tanta emoción ya no grabé nada) fue espectacular descubrir que paralela a la vía era el curso de un interesante río.

Me encanto que esto me ocurriera en medio de la naturaleza, un camino hecho para atravesar pequeñas montañas.

Tal vez si la tranca hubiera durado un poco más de tiempo me habría arriesgado a acercarme a conocer el río que tan solo llegue a escuchar y observar entre la vegetación, pero se escuchaba de buen caudal y entre lo poco que podia ver se notaba la corriente que llevaba.

No había viviendas cerca de allí. Al menos no las pude ver. Pero además de quienes estábamos atrapados en la vía surgieron otras personas que eran quienes más tenis herramientas para resolver la situación, así que si, aunque no las halls visto, definitivamente debian haber algunas viviendas por los alrededores.

Mi esposo se reía mucho de verme caminar de aquí para allá, caminando fui casi hasta el final de la cola, nosotros estábamos más bien cerca del principio así que por supuesto que también me acerque hasta el árbol.

Ese árbol acostado en suelo tenía un tronco que su diámetro podría haber sido más largo que yo. Hasta el momento que estuvimos allí solo se habían removido las ramas de la copa del árbol que podían cortarse en secciones y permitir el paso, pero no tengo idea de cuanto tiempo estuvieron para lograr remover completamente el tronco y con que lo lograron.

Por fortuna estábamos de buen humor, sin embargo la larga espera y el quiebre en los planes nos hicieron cambiar de opinión y nos quedamos en casa al llegar, no nos arreglamos ni volvimos a salir, esa fue nuestra última aventura de ese miércoles.

The road you are travelling on is completely blocked. There is no way to get past, not even on foot, unless you are willing to climb this huge tree to get to the other side.

The situation is intense and devastating. You are far away from everything, and time passes without you knowing how many hours you may spend in the same spot. There are only two options: inside the car or outside the car.

Or, you also have a third option: go and document what is happening. This is precisely what I decided to do when I saw that some people had started cutting the smaller branches of the tree in the hope that, branch by branch, they would eventually manage to clear a small space in the blocked road.

My report became more exciting when I realised that there were two tow trucks among us in the queue, one small and one larger, and both drivers were willing to move all the branches that people were cutting.

And the most beautiful part of this story, besides the moment when the road was opened (which I was so excited about that I didn't record anything), was discovering that parallel to the road was an interesting river.

I loved that this happened to me in the middle of nature, on a road made to cross small mountains.

Perhaps if the roadblock had lasted a little longer, I would have risked getting closer to see the river that I could only hear and observe through the vegetation, but it sounded like it had a good flow, and from what little I could see, I could tell it was fast-moving.

There were no houses nearby. At least, I couldn't see any. But in addition to those of us who were stuck on the road, other people appeared who had more tools to resolve the situation, so yes, even though I didn't see them, there must have been some houses in the vicinity.

My husband laughed a lot when he saw me walking back and forth. I walked almost to the end of the queue. We were closer to the beginning, so of course I also approached the tree.

That tree lying on the ground had a trunk that was probably longer than I am tall. By the time we got there, only the branches at the top of the tree had been removed, which could be cut into sections to allow passage, but I have no idea how long it took them to completely remove the trunk and how they managed it.

Fortunately, we were in good spirits, but the long wait and the change in plans made us change our minds, and we stayed home when we got there. We didn't get dressed up or go out again. That was our last adventure that Wednesday.

As I have told you, the greatest wealth in this archipelago, of course, is the marine life, fish, mollusks, corals and all kinds of species of the Caribbean Sea that abound in this National Park.

For those of us who are not divers, snorkeling activities bring us closer, just an appetizer for us to enjoy this marine magic. The cays have all the conditions for anyone who visits them to dive.

Our trip was very short and with some commitments, so we could only travel to a nearby cay for one day, we thought we could only visit one, but fortune was on our side and we divided the time of the excursion between two cays.

The cays closest to Gran Roque are Francisqui first, and then Madrisqui. I have no idea why the cays are called this way, but I find it very funny. And these were the two cays we visited.

Madrisqui has a natural secret that gives it a different charm than others, there is a natural pool. We arrived at the key with the fixed focus to go straight to it. We disembark from the boat and walk a path that crosses to the other side of the key between medium sized bushes. And you know you've arrived because that saltwater pool appears before your eyes there most splendidly.

On the shore of the pool there is a snorkeling instructor's enterprise that has designed an incredible experience that is well worth paying for. The video I share with you is the edition I made of all the fragments they recorded with their GoPro while they guided us to enjoy so many fish and corals and the exciting activity of diving to the deepest bottom to greet an image of the Virgin of the Valley that is at the bottom.

Snorkel en la piscina natural de Los Roques

Espero que estén listos para seguir conociendo Los Roques conmigo y con mis amigos, pero esta vez debajo del agua. Así que a ponerse los trajes de baños y a buscar esos equipos de snorkel porque hay muchas cosas bonitas que ver.

Cómo les he contado, la mayor riqueza en este archipiélago, por supuesto, es la vida marina, peces, moluscos, corales y toda clase de especies del Mar Caribe que abundan en este Parque Nacional.

Para quienes no somos buzos, las actividades de snorkel nos acercan, apenas a un abreboca para que podamos disfrutar de esta magia marina. Los cayos tienen todas las condiciones para que cualquier persona que los visita pueda sumergirse.

Nuestro viaje fue muy corto y con algunos compromisos, así que solo pudimos viajar hasta un cayo cercano por un día, pensamos que solo podríamos conocer uno, pero la fortuna estuvo de nuestro lado y dividimos el tiempo de la excursión entre dos cayos.

Los cayos más cercanos al Gran Roque son Francisqui en primer lugar, y luego Madrisqui. No tengo idea del porqué los cayos se llaman así, pero me parece muy gracioso. Y justamente estos fueron los dos cayos que visitamos.

Madrisqui tiene un secreto natural que le proporciona un encanto diferente a otros, existe en él una piscina natural. Llegamos al cayo con el enfoque fijo a ir directo a ella. Desembarcamos de la lancha y caminamos un sendero que atraviesa al otro lado del cayo entre arbustos de tamaño mediano. Y sabes que llegaste porque esa piscina de agua salada aparece ante tus ojos allí de los más espléndida.

En la orilla de la piscina natural se instala un emprendimiento de unos instructores de snorkel y buceo que se han encargado de diseñar toda una experiencia increíble por la que de verdad que vale la pena pagar. El mes de enero, el mes de mi cumpleaños.

Este mes inició con grandes pruebas para mi vida, pero yo no hago más que aprender y crecer.

Valorar y agradecer es el legado de enero para mí.
Tuve muchas preocupaciones a inicio de año y estoy segura de que ya no apartaré la mirada de aquellas cosas que constituyen mis verdaderas prioridades.

El amor ha sido mi mayor sostén, el pilar más grande que constituye mi vida, cuando pensaba que ya lo había dado todo el corazón se siente más grande y así como van creciendo mis hijos, así va creciendo mi amor por ellos.

Así como van pasando los años, así mismo mi amor por mi esposo va profundizando raíces y entrelazando aún más la vida.

Enero no fue un mes nada tranquilo, porque tranquilidad no solo es pasar la mitad del mes de vacaciones en casa, la tranquilidad también es mental, tener salud, tener armonía y aligerar las preocupaciones. Y realmente en enero las preocupaciones se hicieron sentir.

La esperanza no me ha abandonado y por eso avanzamos.

Foodie experience Della Nona - Pizza with the family

You could say that it was that kind of activity that you have been waiting to do for a long time and finally you can cross off your to-do list in a very satisfactory way.

On my way home on the way to San Antonio de los Altos we always passed by this place, in the Polonias Shopping Center, located on the top floor, my eyes always went to this pizzeria that has always given me a very good impression.

The lucky day came at a time when we wanted to celebrate because finally my son Isaac could walk without crutches after 2 months of absolute rest due to his orthopedic surgery.

We were so happy because everything went well that we chose to visit Della Nona, in the meantime you can visit their Instagram Profile to get a taste of the delicious pizzas and other delicacies you can get.

Podría decirse que fue ese tipo de actividad que tienes pendiente por realizar desde hace mucho tiempo y finalmente puedes tachar de tu lista de pendientes de forma muy satisfactoria.

De camino a mi casa por la vía de San Antonio de los Altos siempre pasamos por este lugar, en el Centro Comercial las Polonias, ubicada en la planta superior siempre se me iba la vista a está pizzería que siempre me ha dado muy buena impresión.

El afortunado día llegó en un momento en que buscábamos celebrar porque finalmente mi hijo Isaac ya podía caminar sin muletas luego de 2 meses de reposo absoluto por su intervención quirúrgica de ortopedia.

Tan contentos estábamos porque todo salió bien que escogimos visitar Della Nona, ustedes mientras tanto pueden ir visitando su Perfil de Instagram para que se antojen de las exquisitas pizzas y otras delicias que pueden conseguir.

Si algún día pueden acercarse a conocerlo y disfrutar de su menú en este post de su cuenta de Instagram tienen un vídeo de como llegar desde la redoma de San Antonio de los Altos. Una vez conozcan su divino menú y lo fácil que es llegar estoy segura de que más allá de lo que yo les cuente se van a ver muy tentados de llegar.

Y ya que tienen las coordenadas ahora les dejo 4 tips que me parece importante compartir:

• A pesar de que es una pizzería que funciona desde 1993 su ambiente es muy moderno y muy bien diseñado, deben haber realizado alguna reforma relativamente reciente.

• Cuentan con un estacionamiento muy grande, no solo frente al local, también al lado del mismo hay un espacio propio muy amplio y cómodo para estacionar con seguridad.

• Las pizzas son exquisitas desde la masa, crujiente pero sustanciosa, la salsa muy gourmet y los ingredientes que utilizan en sus diferentes pizzas se sienten de excelente calidad a la vista y con el gusto.

• Y ahora el tips más extraordinario que puedo darles: Deben probar los raviolis fritos que ofrecen en el menú pues son una locura y no los he visto antes en ningún lugar.

Para cualquier pizza que ordenen ustedes notarán lo generosos que son al colocar los ingredientes característicos de cada pizza y que los mismos resaltan por ser de primera.

La experiencia de estar en este sitio es muy agradable, ya sea que te ubiques en el área interna o en la terraza aunque por igual, ambas están conectadas y son de ambiente natural, en esta ubicación hace bastante frío por lo general.

Si eres curiosa o curioso dónde quiera que observes vas a ver todo impecable, los baños, la barra y todo lo que involucra sus servicios son muy prolijos y aquí aprovecho para sumarle que la atención es totalmente profesional.

Escribir este post aparte de revivirme el gran gusto por esta experiencia foodie me ha dado mucho placer porque es el tercer post que hago sobre restaurantes ubicados en los alrededores de mi localidad San Antonio de los Altos y me ha gustado exaltar la calidad culinaria que se está desarrollando en la zona en beneficio de su desarrollo.

Les invito a ver el vídeo corto que realicé, y aprovecho para contarles que realmente este post inicialmente solo sería un vídeo corto pero allí no podría haberles dado tantos detalles que me parecieron importantes de resaltar y por eso terminó convertido en esta reseña que espero que sea de tu agrado.

We are in the festive season, I love to see so many people in this community sharing their most beautiful moments with their loved ones.

One of the most special moments I have had this month has been preparing a Christmas party for my work team.

Besides the fact that I really enjoy sharing with them, I must say that they deserve it because we had a great year of work, of overcoming goals, but also a difficult year, full of challenges and demands, but I always counted on them, they always gave their best and of course, with the best attitude.

They are my special people, I love them all, I have learned something important from each one of them, so this time I made an effort to find a place outside of work for the Christmas celebration, where they could be distracted, have fun and feel very loved.

I found a very comfortable and, above all, a large hall, because the total number of guests is about 80. Also, with a very good sound quality and a central and comfortable location for everyone. The timetable was from early afternoon and we could be there until 8 o'clock, but we actually left at 9 o'clock in the evening.

The date of the party had already been set for almost a month, but we hadn't really planned anything, I found the place about 4 days before, if I hadn't found it for sure, the sharing would have been in the office. So, we could say that 4 days before was when we really started to organize everything, what everyone would bring, etc. and we didn't need more time to plan it, everything was plentiful.

We did a mug gift exchange and what I liked the most was that the days before I listened to the people interested in knowing the tastes of their secret friend and worried about pleasing and surprising the person who touched them. They were sending mugs to be personalized or looking for the ideal mug for that person. I was delighted to see most of them in this dynamic.

I prepared this video with the scenes I captured that day, it's not a spoiler, but we even sang, yes, even me. It was really a fun afternoon and a great way to express affection with those people with whom we spend most of our time, who go from being colleagues to being friends and even family.

When you find true friends and people to care about at work who reciprocally care about you, it is a real blessing, that's why celebrating Christmas with colleagues is so important to me, because that blessing is in my life.

Estamos en épocas festivas, me encanta ver a tantas personas en esta comunidad compartiendo sus momentos más hermosos junto a sus seres queridos.

Uno de los momentos más especiales que he tenido en este mes ha sido al preparar una fiesta de navidad para mi equipo de trabajo.

Además de que me gusta mucho compartir con ellos, debo decir que se la merecen porque tuvimos un año grandioso de trabajo, de superación de metas, pero además un año difícil, lleno de retos y exigencias, pero siempre conté con ellos, siempre dieron la talla y por supuesto, con la mejor actitud.

Ellos son mis personas especiales, a todos los quiero, de cada uno he aprendido algo importante, por eso, en esta oportunidad me esforcé por encontrar un lugar fuera del trabajo para la celebración navideña, donde pudieran distraerse, divertirse y sentirse muy queridos.

Encontré un salón de fiesta muy cómodo y sobre todo grande, porque el equipo en total es de cerca de 80 personas. Además, con un sonido de muy buena calidad y una ubicación céntrica y cómoda para todos. El horario fue desde temprano en la tarde y podíamos estar allí hasta las 8, pero realmente salimos a las 9 de la noche.

La fecha de la fiesta ya estaba pautada desde hacía casi un mes, pero realmente no habíamos planeado nada, el lugar lo encontré unos 4 días antes, de no haberlo encontrado seguro, el compartir habría sido en la oficina. Entonces, podríamos decir que 4 días antes fue que realmente empezamos a organizar todo, lo que llevaría cada quien, etc. y no hizo falta tener más tiempo para planearlo, todo fue abundante.

Hicimos un intercambio de regalo de tazas y lo que más me gustó fue que los días previos escuché a las personas interesadas en conocer los gustos de su amigo secreto y preocupados por agradar y sorprender a esa persona que les tocó. Estaban mandando a personalizar tazas o buscando la taza ideal para esa persona. Me encantó ver a la mayoría en esa dinámica.

Preparé este video con las escenas que capté de ese día, no es spoiler, pero hasta cantamos, sí, incluso yo. De verdad fue una tarde demasiado divertida y propicia para expresar cariño con esas personas con las que pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo, que pasan de ser compañeros para ser amigos y hasta familia.

Cuando en el trabajo encuentras verdaderos amigos y personas por las que preocuparte y que recíprocamente se preocupan por ti es una verdadera bendición, por eso, celebrar la navidad junto a los compañeros es tan importante para mí, porque esa bendición está en mi vida.

Que tengan una feliz navidad todos y que las demostraciones de afecto abunden para cada uno, son mis sinceros deseos.

La gran sorpresa del evento.

Yo de ninguna manera podía imaginar que para esos dñias iba a conocer al mismísimo @starkerz a quien muchos admiramos por su gran contribución a nuestra cadena. Fue increíble estar acompañados por él, su apoyo fue inmenso y considero que nos fortaleció en gran cantidad.

Para los que no lo saben aún, estamos hablando de uno de los principales testigos de Hive, y no conforme con eso, me gusta referirme a el como un constructor aplicaciones descentralizadas vitales para nuestro ecosistema porque ha sido una de las mentes maestras que han traído a todos nosotros la solución de @3speak. Como creadora de contenido en Hive aprovecho espacio para nuevamente dar gracias por la existencia de 3speak.

Ok, sabemos que ser un testigo influye en la gobernanza y sostener una Daap como 3Speak es una proeza, cómo si esto fuera poco, las cosas no se quedan hasta allí.

No me extraña, ni es ninguna sorpresa que esta expresión sea un gran enganche para mi a Hive, si hay algo que se ha mantenido inmutable a lo largo de mis años de existencia es mi convicción de que otro mundo mejor es posible, y cuando escuchas a Mathew Starkerz hablar con tanta pasión de cómo Hive te hace libre en muchos aspectos de tu vida tu cerebro hecha humo y realmente te hace soñar con utopías.

Pero no estoy soñando dormida, estoy muy despierta, y mejor aún me desperté de la Matrix y vivir en Web3 me lleva por el camino que me satisface.

Me sentí muy a gusto con los temas así como también con los speakers con los que interactuaría. Debo confesar que no los conocía a todos, pero bastó con unos pocos minutos de investigación para ubicarlos a todos en el contexto de los proyectos que representaban.

Coincidieron ambos paneles en el Education Stage que era el escenario secundario del Main Event, y también coincidió en que se realizarían ambos el mismo día, el último día del evento, uno en la mañana y el otro en la tarde.

My role as a speaker was to moderate two discussion panels:

• Educating all audiences about Bitcoin and Web3.
• NFTs, Metaverse and Art. Still compatible with blockchain?

I felt very comfortable with the topics as well as with the speakers with whom I would interact. I must confess that I did not know them all, but it took a few minutes of research to place them all in the context of the projects they represented.

Both panels coincided in the Education Stage that was the secondary stage of the Main Event, and also coincided that both would be held on the same day, the last day of the event, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Me gustó la dinámica y la misma se dio bien conmigo, tanto que para el segmento de la tarde, Ezio Rojas, uno de los organizadores de CBW encargado del programa de los escenarios me pidió encargarme de presentar a todos los speakers del programa que se estaría desarrollando. Aprovecho para agradecer a Ezio Rojas por confiar en mi al invitarme a ser moderadora de estos importantes temas.

Por supuesto, en ambos temas de discusión que estuve apoyando en su desarrollo siempre el mensaje de Hive estuvo presente, resaltando el aporte que nuestra cadena está dando, cada vez mas, no solo al mundo cripto, si no a la humanidad, traspasando fronteras, clases sociales, posibilidades tecnológicas, nivel de conocimientos, grupos etarios y segmentos de marketing. Hive es para todos.

Saludos Hivers,el pasado sábado terminó Caracas Blockchain Week, con el segundo día de Main Event. Este era el día más esperado por mi y que más ansiedad me causó, y como no! Si me tocaba ser moderadora o host en dos paneles de discusión.

Yo más adelante les voy a contar como fue toda esta experiencia de ser speaker en calidad de moderadora y mucho también por contarles en términos del evento de forma general.

Por el momento necesito dejarles este video lleno de muchas buenas vibras para que todas y todos se contagien de lo que fue un evento bien bonito, lleno de información útil y del mejor entusiasmo en pleno bear market.

En tiempos de bear market se consolidan proyectos mas sólidos, las barreras que deben superar les forja y los prepara. Y mientras van logrando dar respuesta al problema que conduce a su propósito aunque el mercado esté en momentos de baja, se van descubriendo como algo invencible.

Y de esta manera CBW logró desarrollar su segunda edición, una cumbre inolvidable y que tiene una gran enseñanza sobre: a) la gente del país tan valiosa b) la gente que está fuera del país pero que nos ve con ojos de maravillados cuando se dan cuenta de lo que somos capaces de hacer.

Hello Hivers, last Saturday Caracas Blockchain Week ended, with the second day of Main Event. This was the most anticipated day for me and caused me the most anxiety, and of course! If I had to be a moderator or host in two discussion panels.
