A todas estas, aprovechando el tiempo de descanso decidí llevármela y bueno le pedí a mi novio Ismael Granados que estuviéramos en el carrito todo lo que era el tramo de la ciudad para llegar a la a la base de la montaña. uno sube esa montaña como en treinta y cinco minutos, bueno depende de la condición de la persona, pero yo generalmente la subo entre treinta a cuarenta y cinco minutos dependiendo de cómo me sienta. En esta oportunidad nos tomó más tiempo porque la empezó con brillo y terminó con escalofríos ella subió, pero ya finalizando el tramo estaba totalmente agotada no quería nada, se estaba quejando y eso que escogimos una buena hora para ir porque fuimos a las cuatro de la tarde, a esa hora ya está bajando el sol. Entonces, bueno, ya ella decía que no le importaba llegar a la cima, que no le importaba ver la ciudad, que prefería quedarse en la casa pintando, entonces le dije mi amor, ¡tú puedes!, traté de darle palabras de ánimo, que lograra este objetivo, la meta. ya finalizando lo que voy a bajar dijo que estaba muy cansada la cargué una porción una mínima porción para que ella sintiera que la estaba apoyando, pero ya después le dije oye ya tienes nueve años pesas casi treinta kilos tienes que ser un poco más considerada con tu mamá porque mis rodillas pueden verse afectadas y no tengo las mismas condiciones entonces bueno ahí se bajó.

Bueno otra de las cosas que pude disfrutar fue que las personas suben con sus mascotas a ejercitarse, de diez personas que subían ocho subían con perritos entonces había muchos perros de diferente raza, ella ama a los perritos así que pudo disfrutar de ellos. Ya una vez que le di el celular eh tomó el control y empezó a bajar contenta grabando tomando fotos y ahora sí como disfrutando de otra manera que es hacer registro audiovisual y ya les voy a mostrar un poco de las fotos que ella tomó es eh creo que me queda como enseñanza y también como consejo para todos los que me están leyendo que hay que incentivar más a los niños a al contacto con la naturaleza, a que caminen, a que salgan un poco de esto cuadriculado que tenemos aquí al frente que son los teléfonos celulares, las pantallas. Que salgan y miren los pajaritos, los árboles y que pueden respirar. Mira la ciudad en la que vive. Me queda como enseñanza que tengo que inculcarle más ese amor a la naturaleza a mi hija. Y bueno a pesar de todo pues ella se lo disfrutó a su manera.

Hola amigos de Hive, en esta oportunidad me pidieron que realizara una torta de zanahoria, además de ser super deliciosa, contiene todas las propiedades de la zanahoria, así que es ideal para aquellos que de alguna manera quieren darse un gusto y sentir que están comiendo algo nutritivo.
les comparto mi maravillosa receta y en el video pueden ver como la voy realizando paso a paso, espero que les guste.

Receta:
-4 zanahorias
-2 tazas de harina leudante
-1 y 1/2 taza de azúcar
-3/4 de taza de aceite vegetal de su preferencia
-1 cucharada de canela
-1 cucharada de bicarbonato
-1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
-4 huevos
-pizca de sal

Bueno amigos, lo primero que debemos hacer es ordenar todos nuestros ingredientes, preferiblemente los mejores productos que consigan, ya saben que en base a esto, nuestra torta quedara de muy buena calidad.
empezamos lavando y quitando la piel de la zanahoria y rallando hasta obtener 3 tazas. luego la vamos a poner en un cacerola grande y ahí mismo vamos a agregar todos los ingredientes "húmedos", es decir, el aceite, azúcar, las yemas de los huevos, la pizca de sal y la esencia de vainilla.
En otra taza vamos a integrar todos los ingredientes secos, es decir, la harina leudante, el bicarbonato y la canela, esto lo vamos a tamizar para evitar grumos en nuestra receta. ahora empezamos a agregar esta mezcla seca a nuestro mezcla húmeda, hasta integrar completamente.
La clara de los huevos los vamos a llevar a punto de nieve. y una vez lo logremos, la vamos a integrar con nuestra mezcla anterior, de manera envolvente, esto nos ayudara a que la torta nos quede esponjosa.
No olvidemos que debemos pre-calentar el horno a 180°C y engrasar, enharinar el molde previamente.
una vez tengamos todo listo, agregamos la mezcla al molde, y directo al horno, al menos por media hora, o hasta meter un palito y que este no salga húmedo.
luego desmoldar, y dejar reposar minimo por otra media hora, y cubrir con sus ingredientes de preferencia. en este caso usé queso crema con un toque de leche condensada y unas gotas de limón. luego agregué mani y chocolate rallado.
