Simulation games are one of the easiest and most engaging games to play. Most of the time they are easy to navigate and once you get past the first-time jitters the game will always be so easy to play. One of the strengths of simulation games is the interface, most of the time the interface is mostly accessible in one screen making them eye-friendly.

Of the most engaging simulation game is "Fallout Shelter". It is a game that is set after a fallout and therefore the characters are living inside a shelter. Your duty as a gamer is to maintain the shelter, and make all the dwellers happy, healthy, and alive.

I am one of the lucky ones who is testing the latest project of @aggroed called "Moon Karts". Moon Karts is a Web3 racing game that uses Karts as the vehicle for racing. The game is set on various futuristic tracks. The game is browser-based which makes it very accessible on any computer.

The first time I accessed the game I noticed that the interface was neat, easy to navigate, and futuristic. The graphics are nice and the the sound effects are very cool too! The main interface is what greets you after accessing the game. You will find everything about the game on the interface. I am sure there are a lot more to be added soon.

This game of course has NFTs to collect in the form of in-game cards which you can use in the game. There are cards for karts and there are cards for kart drivers and many more. The game has a nice card design and is very easy to understand

Clicking a card will maximize it and show all the information about the card on a single screen.

Since Moon Karts is an NFT racing game there are also features of the game where you can customize your kart and make it faster and look cool.

There is also a free pack in the game which you can get for free and use the cards inside to enhance to kart and test them in racing. Aside from free packs, you can also use a Legendary Kart to test the game. In my first two single-player games I used the default kart and then in my succeeding single-player races, I used the Legendary "Nebula Guard" kart and the difference in speed is astounding.

In my first race, I was still feeling the game but I kept my kart throttle floored all the time and I noticed that the steering seemed very responsive. On my second single-player and immediately adapted to the game and made a huge improvement from my first race.

I had fun racing in single-player and since this game was built primarily for real-time multiplayer racing I am sure this will be a lot of fun. If I was able to adapt quickly to controlling the kart I am sure other players did the same and that is what makes this game very interesting, having to race with a real person in real time while earning at the same time.

Welcome to another edition of trying out a game series of blogs. In this blog, I tried out a game called CrossCode which is a 2D Action RPG that is inspired by old retro games. This game is a fast-paced game which I like very much.

The movement control of this game is WASD

The character in this game has a dodge skill. Press the D + Right Mouse button to dodge.

Another combat skill of the character is Charge. You can do the charge pressing and holding the space bar then release it to activate.

To use VRP aim with the left mouse button and then release it to perform the attack

To perform the melee attack just click near your avatar to activate the melee attack.

Welcome to another edition of trying out a game series of blogs. In this blog, I tried a Blockchain-based Trading Card Game called Parallel. Parallel is currently in its Closed Beta testing where they invite players to try the game I am lucky to be included in their list. Since Parallel is a Blockchain-based game or Web3 game you can definitely earn while playing it.

You will have to choose which faction you are going to play, there are five factions in Parallel namely:

• Augencore
• Earthen
• Kathari
• Marcolian
• Shroud

In each faction, there is an individual called Paragon. Each Paragon has a passive ability which passively affects the game. But when you play your paragon to the field it will lose its passive ability.

You need energy to play cards on the field, which brings us to the next mechanic of the game, banking.

There is a mechanic in the game called "Banking". As the name suggests, you are going to bank/deposit a card in the bank, and for each card that you banked, you will be given one energy. You can only bank one card in each turn. The bank is located at the lower right corner of the screen (the one with multiple rectangular bars).

Welcome to another edition of the "Trying Out a Game" series of blogs. In this blog, I tried Secrets of Grindea. Secrets of Grindea is an RPG game that is available on Steam, It is a paid game, but you can download a demo to try out the game. Secrets of Grindea is a Pixel-art game just like Sea of Stars which I already tried.

The controls of this game are pretty easy to learn especially if you have played any RPG/Pixel-art game before.

At the first screen, the controls can be seen at the bottom of the screen, Z being the select, and X being the back.

While at the game, you can pass forward the dialogue box by pressing Z or holding Esc on your keyboard.

While at the game, you can use Esc on your keyboard to bring up the menu or to skip cut scenes.

While in the game you can use Z as your melee attack.

While at the game, you can use X to use your shield.

Apparently, the back is a game companion that gives you hints during the game so pay attention to it (see image below).

While at the game, you can use Esc to open the menu.

After you activate a skill an icon will appear at the right side of your character's health (see image below). In this case, I activated my first skill and the button for it is C on the keyboard. You will see more controls when you activate more skills.

Welcome to another edition of Trying Out a Game series of blogs. In this blog I tried out one of the most popular Pixel-Art RPG Turn-based games today, it is called Sea of Stars. If you are into this kind of game then this game is for you. I tried it out because I am also curious why this game is popular and also, I love Pixel-Art Turn-based RPG games because the screen is not very stressful to the eyes.

Just like any other game, it has a tutorial that will guide you through to make your gaming experience run smooth. I recommend reading the tutorial before playing this game.

The tutorial has three parts, Traversal, Combat, and Survival. You can choose what you want to check first.

In the traversal tutorial, you will learn how to control the movements of your character along a map like walking, running, climbing, jumping, swimming, and using an item.

In the combat tutorial, you will learn the basics of combat like Timing Hits, Timing Blocks, Skills, MP Regeneration, Items, Mana, Locks, Combos, etc.

In the survival tutorial, you will learn how to save your game, about shops (buying and selling), Camping, Cooking, Fishing, Healing, and Relics.

Before you start a game you will be given a choice on who is going to lead the party which can be changed later on.

Welcome to another edition of my "Trying Out a New Game" series of blogs. Today, I tried another blockchain game (play to earn) which is in its early access phase titled The Lords of Light. The game has very stunning graphics, and the design of the cards is amazing. By the way, The Lords of the Light is a trading card game. Love some of the effects of the game which made me say "Wow!" Also, it made me smile because some of the cards are with the image of Elon Musk. If done right this game would be a hit. Its mechanics are very easy to understand, and the playing experience is very good.

Tollan Worlds is a pixel-art online RPG and is free to play. If you love pixel art games then this game is for you. I found this game on Aqua.xyz while I was browsing for some games to play. I tried this game because I love pixel games and I was immediately hooked according to the Twitter (X) of the game it also includes a digital collectible.

This video is all about my fruits and vegetable crops which I planted near our house. I have been into a lot of changes lately like having a new vegetable garden, having a new house to stay, planting calamansi for the first time and checking some of my crops (eggplants, papaya, chili, bottle gourd, and string beans). It may sound a lot but I am only starting. My goal is sustainability wherein I want my family to no longer buy vegetable for our daily needs.

This video is all about my video gameplay (with commentary) of one of the most popular arcade games in the 1990s, it is called "Aero Fighters 2". It is a sequel to the highly popular and highly successful Aero Fighters. I first came to know this game also in the 1990s when it was released. At first glance, I was immediately impressed with how the game was built and played. And since I love Jet Fighters I easily fell in love with the game. But to be honest I was not able to play it even once back then since I got no money to play. So, in this edition of retro gaming, I can finally play it on my PC, with that being said, this is also my first time ever playing this game. The game did not disappoint it still has the charisma to make the player hooked to the game. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy my gameplay.

This video is all about cooking one of the most popular dishes here in our country it is called "Nilagang Talbos ng Kamote" (Boiled Sweet Potato Leaves). Most of the time it is partnered with a dip, the most common is "Bagoong" (Fish Sauce). But this time in this video I will take the dip into another by sauteeing it. Nilangang Talbos ng Kamote is commonly associated with Ilocanos. Cooking this is actually done by boiling and it is using the youngest leaves/shoot of sweet potato. This dish rises in popularity during the rainy season since it is a vegetable that thrives well in damp soil (damp soil is common during the rainy season). During the rainy season, you just have to plant any part of the sweet potato water once in a while and it will grow and gives a lot of young sweet potato leaves until the rainy season is over.

I can say that the State of Survival is a very nice game it is a game about zombies where the protagonists must survive at all costs while they are making progress inside their settlement. It is an addicting game too!

This is a video gameplay of an old game released in 1990. It is called "Snow Bros: Nick & Tom. This is an arcade game I first saw inside a shopping mall on one of my vacations in the 1990s. This game is pretty popular inside the mall where I saw it. Lots of teenagers are lining up just to play the game. The objective of the game is pretty simple, throw snow at your enemy until they are wrapped in snow and then push to hit another enemy.

This video is all about a video gameplay of Super Mario, one of the most popular games ever created and is easily one of my all-time favorites. This game was released in 1985. I was introduced to this game when I was seven years old and is easily became my favorite. I think this game became very popular in no time as every person that I know that owns a Ninteno also owns a Super Mario game. The game is equally exciting when played or is being watched especially at "1-4 World" where Mario/Luigi tackles King Koopa.
